The bus service is very bad. I didn't received my refund of failed bus booking even after 20 days.

The gsrtc service is not good, not get my amount.

I want my money amount back because of ticket refund. Not good service.

Dear sir, my name Amit goswami I book online advance tickets Nadiya to adipur in 10-5-2019 but I don't get any mail. so I don't get ticket print driver don't accept my traveling without tickets print he have tickets chart my name all but he takes money from me. he tell you money transfer back in your account in 7 days but I don't get my money my pnr number is G26540313. so I kindly request to you please take my complaint end give my money back.

Our bus was canceled week ago and refund is still not credited and again on1 st sep our bus is cancelled and the msg of cancellation is send at the time of bus arrival and still they are asking for a new tikit if earlier refund is not deposited then why we should take another tikit this time also plz take dsomething productive action .

Would want to inform you that we are not get satisfactory service from your end. We book ticket from your site and we did not get any confirmation SMS and when bus move on then we get a call from conducter. he told me just bus is moving on and you are not yet to came. How can possible to come within a minute.
I want just correct answer. We have conversations regarding. Hope I will receive satisfactory answer.
