My vacuum cleaner is having problem from 16/4/2018. my complaint no is 2007382707. Till today 25/4/2018 there is no response from Eureka Forbes. I have reminded the customer support 5 to 6 time about it but nothing happened. This is very poor performance.

I have complain regarding the your service man for not being punctual and always delaying. I am requesting you to please send someone ASAP.

I had paid for AMC 10 days back. Still no response from Aquaguard. Very disgusting.

Please, do not buy any of their products. After sales service very bad they dont attend complain for 3 to 4 days just give assurance i have RO UV Absolute machine but within 15 months i had to call the service Engineer 5 to 6 times but they are not ready to replace this faulty machine. just cheat people.

Fourteen days today after placing a service request. No call from anyone.

I have purchased amc for water purifier on 12th feb. 2024, till date at 14th feb 2024, no technician attended. I had phoned to customer care many time, they tell me give us lst chance we will send technician as urly as possible. But false.

I have bought Robo Vacuum cleaner in Nov 2023, which has issue not working. Registered Complaint on March 12, 2024 made several calls, only fooling us false assurance but no service, not lifting phone, not even courtesy call till now.
