Dear sir
i open account in the your obc bank suratgarh dist. shri ganganagar rajsthan branch code 0542. I opened the account on 13th february in your bank. But till date the account is not opened and we have taken it from us and we are geting daily burglars everyday. We are very much from the banks staff. the asked for a photo again. He also deposit it with us four days in advance. despite the fact that he went to the bank today. hi said that the account was not open and refused to return back and said that he would never open it. please sir my solve this problem.

I am customer of the Bank at C.C. Bathinda branch since its opening. I have gone through your web site where the SM alerts are shown free,but the branch is charges Rs.15/-plus GST/CST after every three months.

The bank also charges cash handling charges which is not mentioned on the website for SB account. The grievance is against the OBC and not against the branch. So the matter be not referred to the branch before resoling at the HO as to is at fault. The transfer of matter to branch does not solve the problem. It is to be solved only by the policy makers of the bank or to remove mis-information from web site of Bank at the earliest under intimation through post.

I am valuable customer at CC Bathinda branch since its inception. The bank on its web site promises no SMS alert charges on SB accounts as well as no cash handling charges in such cases. But in reality there are no instructions to the branches. The branches should be updated in this connection or the web-site be updated and remove false promises therefrom as it amounts to fraud with public.

सविनय निवदेन यह है कि मै राजेश जायसवाल Account Number 05012041001019 है 07 -02-2019 को हमारे खाते से online फ्रॉड हुवा है जिसकी सूचना हमको ऑनलाइन टोल फ्री नंबर पर कॉल कर कि पता चली तो हमने विभूति खंड थाने मेँ और ब्रांच को कि दी है और FIR की एक प्रति विवेक खंड ब्रांच मै भी दे दी है जिसका Crim No. 66B है । Online फ्रॉड की सूचना का हमारे पास कोई भी मैसेज नहीं आया और हमारे Account से पैसा कट गया है । इस फ्रॉड को चेक्ड करे ये घटना Online हुई है। श्री मान जी से निवदेन यह है कि हमारे account से जो धनराशि कटी है उसको पता करे कि यह धन राशि किसके account मेँ गई है उस अकाउंट होल्डर के खिलाफ करवायी करे और वह धन राशि वापस ले कर हमारे Account मेँ क्रेडिट करने की कृपा करे आप की महान कृपा होगी । और साथ ही जिस किसी ने हमारे कहते से छेड़ कहानी की है उसके खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कारवाही की जाये । हम आप के साथ है और आप हमारे साथ मिल कर जिस किसी ने भी हमारे कहते से ये पैसा अपने खाते में ट्रांसफर किया है उसको पाकर कर उसके खिलाफ धोखागड़ी का केस कर उसको जेल भेजने की कारवाही करने की प्रक्रिया शरू करे। ताकि भविष्य में वो किसी भी नागरिक के साथ ऐसा काम न कर सके ।

I am regular consumer of your Branch-tugalakabad ext. New Delhi-110019, On 10/03/2019 I withdrawal amount 3000 at axis bank atm (my Card no.6070855005157747, and a/c no. 18372193000036) but not any amount withdrawal and amount 3000 deducted from my account but amount not refunded on a/c. So sir I request you please take serious action against this. I hope you will be help me soon as possible.

मैं ओबीसी का खाताधारक हूं। जैसा की आरबीआई के नियम हैं कि कोई भी बैंक कटे-फटे नोट बदल या जमा कर सकता है। मगर आज दिनांक 27 मई 2019 को मैने ओबीसी की बसुन्धरा इनकलेव दिल्ली-110096 वाली शाखा में सौ-सौ 4 नोट के जमा कराने चाहे तो केसियर ने जमा करने से मना किया और अपमानजनक ढंग से वो नोट उछालकर मेरे सामने फैंक दिये। कृपया इस बात का संज्ञान लें।

My above subject application number loan was sanction on 17.05.2019. But the disbursement of loan is pending till date. i have contact many times in branch but branch manager are saying contact the head office or nodal officer for disburesment permission personally. sir, it is loss of bank and trust of consumers. Kindly you requested to look the matter in intrest of bank and satisfaction of account holder/consumers.

I have completed transaction of rs 1000 from south indian bank atm but the machine have not dispensed cash and gives warning message and at the same time the amount is deducted from my account so i discussed it with the south indian bank they said that we have reversed the amount to my current bank from where transaction happens so then i communicate with one of your employee on toll free no she said that you get your amount back in 24 hours in your account but i didn't received my amount yet.

My account balance is OBC SRMS IMS branch in Bhojipra Bareilly. i have vodafone recharge mobile no 8650283926 (25/06/2019). My balance is deduct in account but recharge don't successful. When amazon account send to money from Oriental Bank of Commerce these reference no as per details (190707413103). So pls refund my balance of rs 119 only.

Sir, I am the account holder of obc bank SAMASTIPUR branch. On 27/09/2019 I withdrawal 1500 amount in pnb atm but not any amount withdrawal and 1500 amount deducted in my account but amount not refund on account. So sir I request you please take serious action against this.

I am rajiv singla i am propeiter of madhoram babu ram gone to bank 12.30 pm at oriental bank of commerce branch lehragaga, punjab pincode 148031 for deposit of 45000 cash. In which 44000 rs.of notes and cash of 1000 was 10 rupees coin but cashier of the branch refuse to accept the coin and matter went to manager of the branch and who also refuse the coin. The manager of the branch misbehaved with me and call the police of police station. so sir i want to know is 10 rupees coin is not currency of the reserve bank of india. why manager refuse to 10 rs.coin. the matter is very serious. Manager wasted my previous time of business mam. so please, if the manager is wrong then severe action should be taken because this is the matter of deficiency in the service

Dear Sir/Mam,

Greetings!
With due respects and regards I would like to bring to your kind notice that RBI has reduced home loan interest rate at 7.90 from January 2020. Please reduce my home loan interest rate from 8.75 to 7.90. You are taking 8.75 interest rate. It is too much home loan interest rate. It is a kind of exploitation to customer. All over India no private or public bank or finance company takes 8.75 interest rate. All private , public bank and finance company have reduced interest rate after. Without any intimation obc has increase my Roi.

RBI has reduced home loan interest rate at 7.90% from January 2020.

Please consider my request and reduce my home loan interest rate from 8.75 to 7.90 %. Otherwise I may go to court or write to RBI or any authority for justice.

I am also woking in nbfc as a sales managet in Bajaj finserv. I have visited in sonipat mission chowk branch for request for reduces my roi but loan manager to mr. Shukla and he asking tom me pay conversion chages ror reduce your roi. As per rbi guildline no charges is applicable for reduce Roi.

Mahoday samsya yeh hai ki mai aapke bank oriental bank of commerce me khata dhark hu ,sir mera account kisi vyakti ne kya kar diya hai ki mere account se 16250 rupye ka galat tranjaction huaa hai jo maine nahi kiya .Par branch manager bol rhe the ki isme hum kuchh bhi nahi kar sakte hai aur mere account me rupye aate hi kat jate hai sir mujhe is samsya se nidan dilane ka kasht kare .Mera account no. Dear sir, this complaint to OBC branch Bits IFSC ORBC0105243 IN this bank printer is not working in last 3 months they dont complete my pass book in last 3 months says printer is not working.

Another and big Problem...The security guard in this bank Mr. Rajal close Bank gate in 3:50pm i want to add money in my obc account but he dont open the gate. He badly behave with me and abused. He dont give respect to any customer in last 1 year but we forget that but this time i dont forget that so here by request to you please change his behave or Change SECURITY GUARD in this bank.

Very bad bank. I used net banking to transfer money in my different account urgently but its been 6 hours i haven't received my money in the other bank account. I have faced similar issue earlier also.
