Hi,

After the service of my new suzuki access 125. i had recieved back with a stain mark on the painted body. Please help me to get rid of this fault made by your service centre as quickly as possible. if not i will consider as serious offense of my right and will like to proceed legal action against this. SORRY TO INFORM THIS WAY AS I WAS TOTALLY EMBARRASSED IN FRONT OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. so please provide help as soon as possible to solve this fault made by your service team in chalakudy centre,potta. Hi,

I am suman sripathi, 6 months back i have purchased suzuki intruder bike. i have given for servicing recently in zaheerabad, telangana and they saying there is a problem in my back disk and the breaking system was not working now.

1. Before giving servicing it was working perfectly.
2. if it was the reason, your bike parts are that much low quality to change every 6 months.
3. then there is no need to call it is ABS bike system. now even i am unable to use back break also.

Last week i have visited sapathagiri Suzuki in Kottegaplaya Bangalore .It was a very very worst & most slang words where spoken from the sales executive while attending the customer.I m just informing the company that Suzuki brand will spoil by this kind of employee name by Naveen & one more employee was using slang words while other sale person attending . I was suppose to purchase gixxer but i felt that after booking the vehicle the response will be not good . Even no proper response from those people no welcome.

Dear Team,

I am put my bike on service 3 nov 2011 after that they provide estimate first is 2400/- after that new estimate is approx. 6300/- and ensure me next six month no issue in bike.

but on Diwali may bike was not work properly and I had take accident due to not working of bike after that once again putting bike in service center then they start the bike second day bike not start I was complain them so pull bike from location to service center but till date bike is in service center which address is Petal Suzuki Naranpura, Near AEC Ahmedabad.

Then once again put bike in service so they provide new estimate which is 12000/- due to bike engine issue. If service provider told as earlier this time issue not occurs with me.

Need your support to complete all service in bike because six month not gone or provide my all money.

I have purchased a Gixxer SF Fi ABS (Black) on dated 10th Jan 2019, from Dihingia Suzuki Motors, Dhemaji, Assam by full payment with insurance and Registration. But still today they are not giving my insurance and registration where they have promised on same day of purchase they will do both the insurance and Registration. I have given full payment but still I am not getting my insurance and registration done due to these I can't run the bike on city. The staffs their always lies and they are giving excuses every day. I want my all the documentation to be done by today its already 16th January 2019. The worst experience I am getting from suzuki in near future I will twice think to go for Suzuki brand for bike.

Scooter silencer pipe are not covered with any steel plate like in other scooters. it's very difficult to ride when wearing sarees.. sarees are getting waste nd burned becoz of this issue. almost 8 to10 sarees are wasted. so kindly do help to solve this issue ASAP and service also they not doing properly.

Suzuki Access 125 leke 5 month ho gaya hai. starting sehi scooter ka button start problem hai. dealer ne bataya ki sab access scooter ka aisa hi problem hai. abhi scooter ki battery Bust hogyi hai aisa bolke battery bhi nikali hai. battery nikalke 15 din ho gayi hai aur battery abhi tak nahi di hai. battery ke alava scooter start nahi ho rahi hai. bahot problem ho raha hai aur deler sunta nahi . Plz problem solve karo.

Dear Suzuki dealer,

Today left my vehicle for service in chandanaa automobiles # 2595/1, Honnappa farm, Opp indian oil petrol bunk, Gottigere B G Road, Banagalore 560083, and my concern is they are collected extra card charges on service (As per accounts law no need to collect extra card charges on service and this applicable only for sales)

Suzuki have to take some action about this dealer otherwise we have go to consumer court.

Hi,

I bought Suzuki Access125 limited addition 14th April 2016 and since then i am facing lots of problem in this product like it is giving less average, more heating and also speed is not increasing as it should be after moving race-handle( had to move more than normal to increase speed). There is manufacturing fault in this product since last 3 years. Whenever i go to dealer he just say everything is ok and do some little fix but the problem continues. Now they find the issue and dealer is saying "carburetor has to change and since it is out of warranty of 2 yrs you have to pay & can't change in warranty".

Company gives 2 years of warranty & dealers are not ready to work in warranty. This is really pathetic.

My overall experience is worst with this product. i made very big mistake to bought this product. Not expected this kind of customer service from suzuki motors.

I want fix for my scooter regarding this issue otherwise i'll go to consumer forum.

Hi All,

This is pravin from Bangalore and i am an automobile engineer was working with 2w OEM'S and now i am into 4 wheeler. Just a year before i have taken two Suzuki access for me and my wife from dealer named M/S Aryan Suzuki Bangalore. When ever we have let our bike for service some or other problem would be there in the vehicle and finally we need to write a mail to service support and get the vehicle again rectified our problems and recently when we has let the vehicle for service and it was not serviced and again resumed to the dealer to get it serviced. We has given our vehicle and asked them to replace the rear mudguard. For that single part replacement dealer as us to wait for 3 days and finally when we got the service issue rectified and took the vehicle from the dealer found that they have replaced the rear wheel which had 80 % thread and replaced a tyre which has only 20 thread on it and when we checked with them they denied and speak so rude and doesn't even respect the customer. The dealer has a poor customer support and never respond the customer properly.

We kindly request the Karnataka service suzuki team to intervene in this and get our issue resolved.

I am a Tax Consultant at kumbakonam I purchased a suzuki access 125 special edition model on march 2018. From the second service completion my scooter raise sound from the engine assembly KEECH KEECH regularly. I complaint the company persons they are not consider the matter and finally specially rectify this matter. I approach the company they are doing some rectification work but till that date, I am enjoying KEECH KEECH sound. I am not having idea to understand my problem to the company persons. Any person having idea to rectify the problem. I am driving kayalankadai scooter in my life.

I had purchased Suzuki access on 7 may. hardly in 15 days due to some electric fault in that I was facing currents or shocks and handle bars. I took it to service center, the guy told that he will fix it as he himself admitted that due to electrical fault it had happened and now the issue is solved. Again I started facing the same issue but still the same reply we need to check again. If anyone from Suzuki company pls look into it or replace a vehicle or refund my entire money back.

Dear Sir,

Meter board is not working in my vehicle from last 3 Service Apx. since my vehicle is under warranty and i contacted Dhanya motor near to My location jigani to replace the meter board but they are not replacing the meter board by saying that it cannot be done under warranty.

so kindly let us know why it is not possible to change the meter board when vehicle is under warranty. In last 3 service also we informed them about the issues and they promised us that the issues will be resolved in next services but now they are saying some other reason.

Hello Suzuki Team,

Issue Description: On May 9th, 2019, I purchased the Suzuki Access 125 from Your Fatima Nagar Pune Branch. On the same day, I filled out all the form and completed all the necessary formalities and they were looking for some extra amount and I paid them already.

Nearly 3 months have now been finished and they are not prepared to produce the RC and Thereafter, have numerous calls with them, they are searching for additional quantity to produce the RC and after all the fed-up call.

yesterday, I gave 800rs again and they weren't ready to give the receipt I don't understand why?

It looks at your team's fraud case in Pune and the quantity they listed in the CHALAN is also wrong.

Can someone from your team look into the serious matter or fraud ? with this problem I already been completed 3 months.

I have bought new access 125 on 05.08.2019. A week before the battery start stopped working and after a day vehicle stopped working even with kick start. I gave the vehicle for service on 09.09.2019. After receiving my vehicle today from the service station, the vehicle again stopped in the middle of the road. Again the battery start and kick start not working. This is highly unacceptable that after spending huge amount on established brand like Suzuki, we have to face such hassle. I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve it to the earliest. Spending every day on cabs for job is unconvincing. I want replacement of the vehicle.

Hi this is Atish Satarkar, owner of Suzuki access bearing registration no GA 05 K 8541. I have servicing bike at regular interval authorised service center since beginning.

Last time when I complaint of bike pickup and excessive oil consumption, at authorised service center named Radhakrishna Enterprises Opp. Venkatesh Leela Hotel, Bandora Ponda Goa. At that time service advisor told that block piston worn out and told to replace it. Since the bike was under the warranty, the service center told me to replace the piston at the payment grounds. Bikes block piston assembly was newly replaced, at that time technician didn't tightten head assembly with a torque wrench. When i ask to tighten the torque they clearly said that such tools are not being used in their service workshop.

The bike piston assembly was newly replaced and I was charged sum of Rs. 11000 on 5th March 2019. Immediately after that regularly I have complains during next subsequent servicing that heavy oil consumption still persisted which technician ignored. Now when the problems got worse, I went to the service center again last week and now advisor is suggesting to replace piston assembly again. when I asked what is the reason the advisor told that the piston rings were not properly fitted. Is it our fault now that we have to pay for it again? To hide their mistake they are ready to put piston rings free of cost.
I can't understand when I was charged 11k for full repairs how can the parts go after the couple of months again. I refused to pay any repairs now as it was result pure negligence on parts of technician who undertook previous repairs.

Kindly advice urgent basis else I need to take this up to the consumer forum if not attended on urgent basis. Suzuki being such reputed brand I don't understand the kind of unskilled technicians they risk to undertake the repairs.

I have Suzuki Gixxer which i purchased in Feb'2016. I had given it for a regular service @Value Motors, Yelahanka, Bangalore for 4 time in 1 month.
* 5th Oct 2019 : There was a small issue only in Self Start Button. After Service, self start completely stopped Working.
* 26th Oct 2019: They told that Self start is fixed, but then the Headlight switch was gone and Headlight stopped working.
* 30th Oct 2019: They told to replace the Unit (which has Self Start button + Headlight button), but git the wrong Part. So from another old model they replaced the part temporarily till new part was available. But then Headlight and along with it Horn also stopped working.
* 4th oct 2019: On my way back from office the bike completely stopped on the way and when i took it to servic e center, they told, its rectifier for battery which is creating the issue. So in Addition to rectifier i raised a request to change and give new battery plus the Unit (which has Self start and Headlight button) So that they dont say that other part is still failing. And they returned the bike on 6th Oct morning.
* 6th Oct 2019 : On my way back, horn again stopped working and whenever i was trying to switch on the light, the bike was getting switched off. Same behavior if pressing the horn button. On taking back to Service center, they told they will again replace the part.

This time i brought back my bike without getting it fixed by them as they definitely don't have any idea and not even a single mechanic with required expertise. For last time i will try to take it to another authorized center and then last resort will be local mechanic before selling it.

I bought suzuki access 125 in Maharastra (sindhudurga,kudal). Show room staff and service center behavior is very bad. This area only one show room, so i Buying this bike am not happy with suzuki not the standard maintain, attitude is high of every staff member. Do not get customer service.

Service cost is very high compared to other scooters, I feel very bad experience buying to this vehicle, mileage is very less but saying showroom 58 km/liter.

Hi,
I have purchased Access 125 in December 2019. It was not even a year I started having battery problems. I was told to change the battery by the service center guys. Since it was in my warranty period I did not paid any extra cost. After replacing the new battery its not been a year I am again facing the same problem. After speaking to customer service executive, the reason I got was it was the fault of battery company and not us. After raising my voice and proving that customer is buying the product on the name of Suzuki not the battery company, I was told that their seniors will come back to me soon. It's been 2-3 days I have not received any calls nor an email form the company. Its a matter of shame that a big company like Suzuki is not able to manage their customers and improve their product.
My recommendation is to replace the two wheeler but still I am waiting for their response.
