While ordering I had entered wrong cvi code and then money was deducted but order can't be succeed. Rs. 358 was deducted from account on 20 march 2019. so please restore amount back to my account.

From last few day my account was debited with excess amount when i used any online payment mode. For more details about this issue. today i visit my united bank branch .and they behave with me very rudely. i was very disappoint with your staff behaviour. Branch code: UTBI0JDR780, nakodar road. plz give them some behavior guidelines. they are highly qualified person but this is not the right way to treat the customers. if next time it will happen i will shift on other banks.

On dated 27/06/2020 at 11:47 a.m. I wanted to draw 10000/- Rs. from Union Bank of India ATM (Sonarpur, Kolkata-700150). The transaction was failed but 10000/- Rs. deducted from my A/C. Till now, I have not received the money, I also lodged a complain(REF 4305241723) on dated 01/07/2020. Till now, I have no response from you. I also called customer care (18003450345) again and again. They could not help me. Why are you irresponsible to your customer? Whatever, Pls.refund my 10000/- Rs. very soon.

Two TIME TRANS 20000 which is done by somewhere SME SIDCO AMBATTUR which is not done by me. how the transaction is done, how bank system is so careless that 20k is withdrawn from my account. requested to bank kindly investigate the matter and deposit in my account.

How can I get complaint number at united bank of india?.online number can't help. customer represent not attend call. atm transaction cancelled but money debited from united bank of india account.
