Dear sir/madam
Please refer my below mail 21 may 2018 I which in which I complain for abnormal sound from Engine & that time mechanic from Gagan Honda (wagholi) suggested sound from crank shaft, but that time he done fine setting , reduce the sound. From yesterday, it give very much abnormal sound, even not able to run the scooter. Now he says that same problem about crank shaft, clutch & one more assembly which work during auto start need to be replaced (contact person Akshy Kadam ). He is asking me for a full payment of spare part & replacement charge, as two year warranty was over in jul-19. I want to know if this problem resolve properly in last time, then defiantly this problem I not face again now. Another thing is this is your Engine quality which create a problem in 5000KM (because problem generated in 5000km) or just completing after two year.

I am sspatrudu customer of honda. To day my Bike was serviced at leela honda show room in patakaran peta. Visakhapatnam dist.i observe in the bill that with damage bulb. They get amount of that .And also mechanic has not set the bulb .Meanwhile I am at presence. From starting time to ending time.... Day after tomorrow i will go there and seriously discuss about that. So that all customers are not believe of serviCe center. Such fraud happened there. so the all are said thet. Presence of me u can service that.... Thanku you

I bought 4G Activa 100cc before one year. One of the biggest problem is front fork bend. I inquired many people about the scooter. They said that the same problem is occurring in my scooty also. I took Honda Activa - "Scooter Harmilap" from Honda showroom Barara District Ambala. Showrooms from me deposited Rs. 3860 for Scooter's RC from me on 22/09/2019, which is going to be around two and a half months now, RC does not know nor does the showroom owner pick up the phone. I had to do another service, now the show room has also been closed, due to which I had to do service outside. I came to know that these people are fraudsters, have taken such money from many people.

It is my request that no brother has a Honda bike or a scooter, I have a bad experience. I will also ask the Honda Management to get such people investigated

I Purchased Honda CB Shine Bike 13.06.2019,In service center Gurgaon service is not do properly and not work. I have problem with the shocker oil leak, & handle, vibration & gear problem, but no support from the company.

Narmada honda. Wanaparthy. TS. Worst service & no responsibility.. staff behavior is poor negligence. Too bad.

Very, very bad experience. I bought a honda shine from rajarajeshwari motors banswada branch in kamareddy dist on 02-june-2019 , my bike is 6 months old and i have been facing problems from the beginning, first is was jerking and vibrations & bike colour are fading.

I requested to honda please resolve my problem quickly & fastly . i'm very much disappointed to Honda service.

I purchase honda shine 3 years back running smoothly last month morning cold starting problem send to balaji honda showroom at chennai on full service done.starting problem solve.now mileage only 30 to 35 km only mechanic not response take action.

I have purchased new activa 125 1 month before, when the time of delivery i have excited or due to my oversight i didn't notice the scratch on the right side of the body . Same day evening i was checking , and found that a burned sign gum sticker with dark dots , immediately i rushed to shymas honda showroom at alleppey , they didn't accept and i went through all the managers and the matter is didn't get resolved. My scooter colour is white ,these black spots is clearly visible and its definitely a fault from the manufacturer or from the stockist . I need to replace the body side urgently, if not get solved, i will contact consumer rights protection department and file case. As i am an NRI and i need a better service from the dealer ASAP.

I am Srinivasarao. P from Hyderabad India would like to inform you that, my family is very fond of Honda products. We Indians believe Honda has more ethical values and give utmost care and importance to quality and customer satisfaction rather than earning money.

We are using Honda cars, Bikes, scooters since long. As our Honda active scooter Model 2008 become old and hence we approached JSP Honda Moosapet, Hyderabad India dealer on 09th march 2019 to buy a new Honda active. They advised us to come today to get the new scooter, so my wife Ms. Sunitha Guntaka went to the show room and approached Mr. Srikanth sales executive contact No.+91-9666746464 as per the discussion held, she selected yellow colour Honda Activa 5G standard scooter with steel accessories, filled the form by providing all details including Aadhar number.

Unfortunately while doing payment she was informed that 1% price is more for electronic transactions hence she decided to pay cash and rushed to nearest ATM centre and bought the cash. When she comeback within an hour the selected scooter was given to some other person. They advised us to take another one with different colour and different features with high price. We very much disappointed with this incident and came back to home without giving vehicle.

Kindly investigate and do justice for us.

It has been 2 years for the motor vehicle and the paint is coming out from place to place. Before the petrol tank's engine had gone out, it got a dent, but now the petrol tank is coming out of Honda Shine SP motorcycle.

I purchased BS 6 from Narayan gaon Advait showroom on 14 May 20. I want to know what are the accessories provide by company? Delear says that scooter comes necked from company we are providing the accessories. And they charged almost 6 to 7 thousands more for this. My invoice is about 65 k but I paid 85 k. Pl explain.

I purchase Activa 5G at Prasant Honda showroom in Haldia branch, West Bengal. My scooter battery is damaged in 1.5 years at the time of free service I complained about battery issue that time they dealers don't take interest to check battery.

Presently they said "battery is repair you may change new battery. Also battery Warrent is only one year". This is not good in 1.5 year a battery is damaged you guys definitely put a duplicate material. And also dealers not respond in manner.

It is been ayear I purchased ACTIVA-125, from the first service till my fifth service I was and I am requesting every time when I visit EXCEL HONDA SERVICE CENTRE about the AVERAGE \ MILEAGE problem in my scooter which hardly gives mileage of 30-32/kms. Every time in spite of resolving the issue they just changed either oil, brake pipe, engine Oil, Additive Oil, Air filter, etc, etc, etc. to raise the billing part and not focusing on the customer issue because they think they care a fig for the customers. The service staff is not that much willing to rectify the customer issues. I hope there must be some management or there is some responsible person in such a prestigious company like HONDA who really cares about the customers. Hoping my issue will be resolved and action will be taken immediately against the careless attitude of the persons in the service center.
