I want cloud setting on my Realme 2 smar phone, when will i get this option and update?

I checked Flipkart and official website of realme 3, it is a good product. so i want to purchase the mobile but its out of stock. i want the detail information on coming soon date, if its not continue its further production please inform me or i will buy another mobile.

My mobile signal is very bad condition. There is difficulty in incoming and out going calls. please service my mobile phone realme 2.

Camera application is not opening in Realme 3. I have updated it also but it didn't start the camera.

My Problem :-
I updated my mobile with an official update. After updating to the new version ColorOS 6 and Android 9 pie, there has been a lot of problem in my mobile.
Problem:-

1. Call recived is not happening.
2. (Camera) Video recording automatic cut is done.
3. (Camera) Photos does not capture in mode HDR.
4. (Camera) Photo image does not look good.
5. (Camera) Video does not have recording in slow motion.
6. (Camera) Selfie camera photo is not good
7. (Camera) Vivid mode not available
8. (Camera) Video Recording Vivid mod not available
9. (Camera) Video Recording Beautify mode not available

Note: - was told in an official email that you have to go to the service center.

On your say, I went to the service center but my problem was not solved. The service center said that now your mobile can not be downgraded, you can only contact the company. When I told him you gave me the reception, they did not receive me from receipt. And he also used the wrong word with me. On your say, I downloaded the stock ROM from the official website and then installed it is being installed. I went to realme service center in sec. 37 faridabad to solve my problem of fingerprint sensor today, my phone is in warranty upto 3 days but the shows his bad behaviour & instead of solving my problem he got faulty my speaker ,headphone jack ,vibrator & now my phone is not of any kind of use because of these causes... Their is the total fault made by the employees of realme service center named by vihaan service center...plz take it seriously.

Camera ko update kaise kare pahle jaisa photo nahi aa rha hai.

I gave my new mobile for servicing on 30-09-2019 to Bhilwara, Rajasthan service number KVFB7UJIA5 which i purchased on 21-09-2019 from flipkart. it has been 10 days today but till date it has not been repaired. when i called the service center the staff there didn't spoke properly to me.

I bought realme 3 pro.. after 2 days phone started switch off automatically. service center guys updated software but problem not resolved, later they told me for motherboard replacement.
