I have purchased a cook top Faber CT 3B SS Curvy from Nandhilat Gmart kannur wide purchased bill no.KNR6439dt 21.9.2013. The nobs of the above stove started coming into our hands from 6 months onwards. The performance of the stove was very bad. 5 days back i complained about the stove to the dealer. The dealer gave me the service centre contact no. I gave the complaint. Till today no one has turned up to repair it.Is this the service of your company? Regret to inform that your service is very poor,

I have installed Faber chimney and gas stove some years back and though it is working alright, I get the service done like cleaning the chimney whenever required. However, the authorised service centre from whom I got the service done is telephoning me frequently, like once a week or fortnight repeatedly at odd hours sometimes two to three times a day, even if I am out of town, both to my mobile and landline and pestering to get the chimney service done, despite telling them not to disturb me by such frequent calls and to remove my No. from their list of customers, as I am not using them but someone else who are staying there and using it and that they will contact whenever the service is required. But they have not stopped calling me and having suffered and fed up by these pesky calls for some years now.

I am making this complaint to you to direct the service centre which I think is located in Ulsoor, Bangalore not to call and disturb with their pesky calls henceforth. I hope my complaint is taken serious note of and I will be freed by the pesky calls. My Mobile No. and landline No. to which the pesky calls are received are: 9980514423 and 080-25279418 from the Tel. No.080 65351684 of Faber Chimney Service. Yesterday I got two calls from them. Even if the No. is blocked, calls keep on coming, I do not know how this could happen. Anyway they also keep calling my landline No.

I have purchased Faber Chimney With model TENDER LTW60 during September 2010 and obtained Lifetime Warranty card bearing Card No. HYD 10110987 issued on 30.10.2010 . On 03.11.2017 my chimney stopped working. I have contacted the Helpline where, I was informed that I will be charged Rs. 400/- towards visiting charges. I agreed for that and requested to send the technician.

The technician visited my home and asked for copy of Lifetime Warranty Card and the same has been sent by me through Whats App. The technician told that his visiting charges are Rs. 500/- and not Rs. 400/-. He has taken the snapshots of all the parts of the Chimney and informed that it will take around 20 days to get the spare part (motor). I request you to please update the status of the complaint in a transparent manner to avoid the miscommunication.

As advised in your booklet/brochure, theduly filled-in LTW registration form for Kitchen Chimney [Model: Hood Arco 3D T2S2 LTW 60 (110.0463.704) Sl. no. G1610322324) was sent from by prepaid envelope on 04/01/17 but confirmation is still being awaited at this end. Additional charges amounting Rs 500/- was also paid to your dealer as per their claim vide their bill no. A/10931 dt. 30/12/2016. But subsequently we came to know that the installation was not done by your authorised representatives although they were sent your authorised dealer only. When we complained on your toll-free no. vide complain no. 1701042127309 dt. 04/01/17.

It is very unfortunate that your authorised dealer namely "LIFE 'N' STYLE", Kolkata - 17 is resorting to such malpractice thereby causing confusion as we are unable to get any service from your end without the LTW registration confirmation.

Kindly look into the matter expeditiously while acknowledging receipt. Looking forward to hear from you soon, I remain.

I have made complaint #1711252577654 /17112525278416 against this complaint NORTH DELHI SERVICE CENTRE (sejal service centre) not attending complaint,he is forcing/presurising to cover AMC (ANNUAL MAINTANANCE CONTRACT) he is demanding Rs.1250/-first in CASH mode.in my above complaint technician visited at my premise & observed that MOTOR/ROTOR in not functioning in CHIMANEY. Incharge of service centre Mr.Shushil Awasthi (09136502079) has denied to resolve my complaint,without taking AMC FIRST. He threaten me that no one can attend my above complaint as resolve on behalf of FABER.He added that he is the SUPREME AUTHORITY in NORTH DELHI AREAD OF FABER BRAND. However, I am ready to pay visit charges of Rs.400/-.

Pl.ask to your NORTH DELHI SERVICE CENTRE(SEJAL SERVICE CENTRE 09136502079) about his DECTETORSHIP (GUNDARAJ) on behalf of FABER (AS REPUTED BRAND). Pl.advice/let me inform for further action to be taken in this matter.

Hi,

My name is Vineet Goel. I have bought Faber chimney from Vijay sales last month. I am having very very very bad experience with the service center.

First of all, the installation was done after a week that too when I followed up with the service center (Hadapsar Service Center Pune) like hell.

Secondly, since installation I had raised three tickets for one or the other issue with the installation and every time it took a week to get the service engineer at home to resolve the issue.

So in all I have only used the chimney hardly for a week since I bought it.

This is a serious matter, and I need proper action to be taken against service center as they are just destroying the image of Faber which is the number one brand in Chimney. Also I would need the permanent solution with the problems I have with Chimney urgently.

Hope you see positive response from Faber soon and I hope some senior and genuine people monitor this mail box.

Got a five burner hob Model no. SSSR 905 installed in my kitchen 2 years back. The knobs get so hot while cooking that it almost burns the hands. I have been using Seimens hob too. It doesn't have this problem. Faber should change this model free of cost as this is a serious defect in their model.

I had brought a Faber UTS RO water filter on 24/1/18 thinking faber is a mnc company. from the day of purchase till date there has been 12 times break down in past six months. technical teams comes & repair it but within 2 or 3 days it break down and they not able to set right. it has been one of worst experiences, no proper customer support. I repent buying this product thereby destroying brand image of faber. kindly take it seriously & resolve the matter or replace it new as the one sold is a faulty product.

This is in reference to my earlier complaint that I lodged with you with Complaint No. 1811203178936 dated 20/11/2018. It's been a month that we are suffering because of your supreme inefficiency to resolve our issue regarding the non-operability i.e. non-functionality of the Motor. It is because of the utmost deficiency of service on your end that has cost us our health and mental peace. Till today nobody from your company or your service centre has bothered to contact us to set an appointment in order to fix the issue. Whenever we call the executives first ask for the customer name and then immediately disconnect the call. When we call again the executives don't even pick up the call. Most of the times your people don't even pick up when we call and when they do, they hang up after hearing the name of the customer.

What's the point of giving lifetime warranty of a product if you can not provide support and service when needed? On top of that you are even breaching your contract with us by violating the concerned clause. You people are harassing us, deliberately ignoring us by ignoring our need for your service of the concerned product/ part and also you are not coming clean regarding your motive behind this kind of attitude of yours toward us. If you are unable to fix the instant issue within the next 7 days, then we will proceed against you before the appropriate forum without giving further intimation.

I am Dr. Ankur Kamra my registered mobile no. With Faber is 7034151489. With due respect i want to tell you that, i ordered three products from your dealer in hisar name aditya sales corporation hisar namely Chimney, Hob and Oven .

Payment done in advance on 12/05/2019 to aditya sales of 50 k. Rest to be paid on all products delivery.

He told all products are available and will be provided when ever needed. He delivered chimney and hob but for last one month not giving any detail about oven. We call him daily sometimes he donot pick up phone and when he pick up phone put all blame on Faber company that company is unable to deliver product. He told us to call on customer care and from there we got this mail id. This person is making false statment and not providing us any detail, making us sick and tired. please help us we were not expecting these things from the company with such a reputation.

We installed FABER RO in the month of June/2019.

Twice there was trouble with the taste and smell of water from RO. I booked on line request,and a man mr. nagendra from Tirupati attended and did some adjustments.but again for last 3 days same problem with RO. TO my surprise there is no any indication or any system to know that the RO is functioning correctly. (we had purit RO and We had lights, indication about working of it). Within 2months of installation.... third time problem arising...and We stopped drinking water from RO... please expedite.

Last month Faber technician has put a loose nozzle from which the gas is leaking so dangerously I want some good technician to come fix it properly.please take this matter very seriously.

I have been following up on this complaint for about 45 days now but haven't got any valid response yet. No one is cooperating at all. The local office here claims they are "looking into it". Upon emailing the customer care they are saying they are trying to get it resolved asap. Don't know what crime I committed by buying a Faber product.

Our complaint is that the chimney of our fabric company is damaged, we have to fix it yaha sultanpur, maybe there is no Faber company store and no mechanic, please say Lucknow, any mechanic.

Pathetic customer service technician are fraud. I have purchased cook top worth 15 to 16k burners are very ad on time of purchased they had given us old ones then they immediately noticed and replaced it.. again now burners are giving loud sound and black powder is coking out after no of reminders technician visited highly unprofessional .. they just interested in their service charge thats it.. been more than 20 days I'm using gas on one burner rest 3 are not working no one cares. We trusted this brand but no use

I bought FABER microwave, chimney and hob in March 2022. Chimney and microwave were defective, I am struggling till date to get it rectify. The customer care guys are so horrible I can't even imagine. I never expected this kind of service from FABER. So guys be careful before you think of FABER.

We have purchased FABER ZENIT CHIMNEY for our new house and we have only used it few occasions since the installation. I have never seen such irresponsible, arrogant response from any the customer care service of any companies like FABER in my entire life. We have been following up for the repair of our chimney for the last three months. They always saying the parts not arrived till date from PUNE for the last three months. Never ever buy any product of FABER because you will never get any response from these people after spending lots of money for their products. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY AND PATHETIC RESPONSE FROM SHAMELESS CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE. THEY JUST TELLING LIES EVERYTIME TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. BOYCOTT FABER PRODUCTS.

I had purchased Faber chimney on 12 October 2022 and on 12 Dec 2022 the flip glass was crumbled. After lots of complaints it had repaired on 16 or 17 January 2023. How's great your service. Now problem is that many times flip get stuck and again flip glass is crumbling. Please give me proper service or return my money and take your iron box (lohe ka dabba). Faber is an only brand name nothing good in this.

We had purchased a Faber chimney in a nearby franke store 9 month's back , and im very upset and disappointed to say this that the chimney is not working properly since the first month, I have contacted the customer care and raised the issue but the technician who came in at first told us that there is no problem and somehow made it work for temporary and closed the call , then we again raised the issue recently and the technician who came next told us to change the stabilizer and we changed it by paying 450 Rs , so he told us to On the chimney after few hours and left . But now its again not working he's telling us that the board is not working and board is defective from the showroom . we are totally frustrated with this chimney and its problems since day one this not the way you treat a customer whose paid 22 thousand Rs for a chimney that we thant would be great , we believed Faber since its a good and quality brand but thus is hectic for us now. Im ready to escalate this in any which ways I find as we are so frustrated with this issue, i dont believe a new chimney would be so bad in Faber. Now technician from your department named (Girish).

Has taken our chimney from our house last week to fix it and he had confirmed us over call to give it back the next day and has given us a acknowledgement for it im following up with the same agent since that day the technician is now telling us that he needs ten more days time to set it right , the way he speaks is ruthless we never imagined faber service is so hectic i have already written three mails for this id and im not receiving a revert what kind of a service sector is this, they have even taken chimney now who is responsible for it now , i want an immediate action to be taken for this.

I have purchased Primus plus 90 chimney from faber in Aug'21.
Chimney not working so registered complain and they say that motor burnt and will be replaced within 4-5 days .
My complain no is BJH0801230019 DATED 8 JAN 23.

22 days crossed and still no update from company/service centre etc.
every time they say its not in my hand, it will be replace once company will send.
they talk very rudely and it seem i am beggar.
i can understand it will take time but any one can give me a update and timeline or just LEAVE IT on god.

I was opened a complaint (COC3112220223 ) on 31st Dec 2022 against a warranty stove. Glass TOP was blasted without any reason, Faber service team was visited my home and said that Glass Top, Case & burner to be replaced. They have replaced Glass Top & Case after 10 days and till now they haven't replaced burner, &no proper feedback shared from anyone. Now One of Faber Executive is saying that Burner replacement will chargeable & asking me contact another executive.

It is really poor service support from Faber team and very bad experience I faced till now.

I made a complaint for repair of HOB and Cooking Range 25 days (on 27/5/23) back. Except visit on first occasion to see nature of problems, nobody is responding. Such a listless after sales services, now I am repenting why I had purchased Faber products. It is really worst. One of my close friend cautioned me about Faber products. He just threw away the Faber Chimney and Hob from his Kitchen. Now I am waiting when they will be sympathetic on my issue. Long 25 days have passed from my complaint date. Nobody of service centre in Kolkata is picking up my phone. Horrible after sales services. Now I dont know what to do and where to lodge further complaint.

My complaint is Chimney's digital display is lacking the display's digit.

I have already complained about this since June.

First I created a complaint with a toll free number : 1800 209 3484 and they created my request. After three updates they gave me a number of authorized persons named Bhavesh Prajapati Mob no 99243 59597 who handled the Rajkot branch address Nana mahuva , Rajkot.

I constantly contracted with this person every time they gave false promise your chimney's part is ordered, then flood is coming so can't reach the location of junagadh, then our technician is not well, and last they said your chimney is working so why you complaint?

If my chimney is working and the display is not proper, can I not complain about this?

They said it's not a problem and said our technician will come in two days from June to Aug still his two days are not completed.

Resolve my query as soon as possible. My complaint is genuine and it's in warranty.

I genuinely say Faber's service is totally worst and I give this review to everyone and say not to buy Faber Chimney because its service is the worst ever seen. Now I am faded up with continuous updates.
