User what would you do for drivers whose abused by customers.like a customer book a cab but when the driver is mera by the location he cancelled the cab, and he do that twice a time.and the drivers faced that problems daily.you solved customer's problems,but what about the problems of uber drivers.they faced that problem daily routine.they came to the customer from 8, 9 , or 10km and they have not give any charges for 10km when customer's cancelled the cab.dear Uber do everything for customer's comfort.but do something for uber drivers also..The uber drivers drives their cabs for family.

Hi , i have recently noticed that If your are a regular customer of UBER with certain fixed destinations daily it will overcharge you. I have been seeing from last month that they overcharge me for every ride for the same distance. Other people are charged 100 or 130 but i am charged 179 or 209 or even more.

I am a driver with uber I am working with Uber past 3 years. Past week I did 86 trips on uber they has debited in my account 2000 RS for cancellation fee. I shock away finally I find my trips detail driver cancellation 2 duty only but riders cancellation are 9 duty how can I earn money from uber?

Since Jan 15 I am not able to book Uber. I have reported this issue and yet every few days support guys will say problem has been solved. Whereas i am still to this day not able to book, their own support staff doesn't know whether they have solved the problem or not. I don't have any hope now.

I took a uber ride at 10 pm on 6/2/2019 and left my mobile phone in the cab. As the cab was booked using the same mobile phone I am unable to contact the driver. Also I am unable to retrieve my trip history from my gmail account. Please help. The cab name was sathish kumar from Alandhur chennai. My trip from madhavaram rountana to tondiarpet h3 police station.

I had ordered food via uber eats, the food was picked @ 3.30 pm but not delivered to me till 4.30, on calling customer care they asked me to wait for another 10 min giving a silly reason that if I cancel the order I will be charged. Post 20 min they cancelled the order. Effectively I was left with no food after 1 and half hour.
Conclusion:- uber eats is only for those who don't value their time.

Dear Team,

After so many reminder emails/ calls the issue is still not resolved (attached in this email) [Other separate threads also available]. On behalf of the previous emails there are some issues with your customer service. May i expect a good revert on one on each problem mentioned below??

If your team not be able to resolve the customers issue then why the hell your team exist in your company. Please hire some qualified team? Uber doesn't have any customer calling facility and your customer care team not able to understand the problem of customer via emails or your help desk. Then in that case your customer only face the problem. Right??

If the issue not resolved from the last 60 days, then why the hell your not responded on my issue? You are not be able to satisfy your customer, May i know whats the reason behind this? Request you to please revert on this particular issues each on mentioned above points and need the justification on why the customer's issue not resolved from the last 60 days.

I want to know how the drivers are such insane taking double the amount I really want to talk with the customer care right now keep me on call I wanna talk to them . How could you double pay the amount I have been charged twice how could you even do that? I desperately need that driver number to get back my amount or else you pay it I hope you respond at the earliest before I take some necessary action on this I'm gonna complain this time berry badly with the Uber i always opt Uber for such a safe riding but in return I'm not expecting this at all which I cannot take this anymore I would love to tell you to check my payment too and check with the driver too . I have booked Uber Pool today it showed 10 min waiting time on the app when contacted the driver he said it will take 5 min i told him my eject location.after some time driver call to me and confirm to me I'm coming.but goes to pickup location driver is not come call to driver several call to driver not pick the phone 10 min away call to me and he said it will be not verify the area and disconnect the phone and after few minute he cancelled the trip and i am charged Rs 42/-Rupers cancellation charge. please look into it.and removed this charges.

Yesterday, i.e. on 05 Jun 2019, I undertook a trip from Mayur Vihar Extension, Delhi to Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. At the time of booking the app showed me a total fare of Rs. 94 so I went ahead and did the booking. Now, the driver started the trip 5 min before picking me up. When I enquired and raised objection he said he did it by mistake and apologized. So, I did not make this an issue. At the end of the trip I was surprised to find out that Uber had deducted Rs. 430 from my Paytm account instead of Rs. 94. When I checked the receipt it mentioned Rs. 336 towards toll taxes, surcharges. So, they charged me 5 times the fare mentioned on the app at the time of booking.

I immediately wrote a mail to them expecting that they would immediately rectify this. But, the revert that I got from them was that because I travelled to Sector 16 A Noida, that is why they have charged the toll tax applicable for UP. But I had not travelled to Noida at all. I was really surprised. Why would someone travel to Noida if he has to go to Laxmi Nagar from Mayur Vihar. There might be a possibility that the driver had come from Noida side for picking me up and since he had already started the trip so it picked the toll taxes applicable for UP. Now, there has been no revert from Uber. There is no valid number where you can simply call and talk to them. The two numbers mentioned on the internet are invalid. I do not know how to make them understand that I am not at fault. Rather this is a blunder done by the driver so he should be penalized and not the customer.

Really poor customer service.

my driver account was blocked due to i never allow to customer to smoke/eate etc. i drop to customer as according to navigation if customer wants to different route i requst for update the location but some riders are very rude and arguge for this.. i also drive ola and also have good or positive feedback from riders. kindly open my account. palwinder singh 9888474948.

I have downloaded uber app and transferred Rs 350 from my SBI account on 12/5/2019. My reg mobile number linked with my uber account is 9354816649. Till date I have not taken any ride after transferring amount to uber money. On 13/6/2019 balance of uber money was Rs 350 But today I observe that my uber money is null. You are requested to do needful so that my balance in uber money will be Rs 350.

This is really pathetic. I am using uber from last 2 yrs at first it’s good and fares are reasonable and they provide promo codes every Monday but now there fares are above 200 and no promo codes facility is available. 1000 of times I placed complaints but they provide every time same answer they are now looting people. Kindly take a look against this.

I booked UBER car on 25.07.2019 for trip from Nager Bazar, Dum Dum, Kolkata 700074 (West Bengal) to Howrah Railway Station (Kolkata).

Details of this trip:
Taxi no WB19H 9201/Driver’s name - ARVIND
Taxi booked @ 12:22 pm
Picked up - @ 12:28 pm
Dropped at location @ 01 :19 pm
Fare paid in cash - Rs. Rs. 242.00

Full payment Rs. 242.00 was made after the drop. When I tried to book cab next time, it is showing last payment was not made. if Payment option for the ride was cash, then how it shows payment not made. It is the drivers' fault that payment is not updated in their system, why I am penailsed for no fault of mine.
I have written to grievance_officer@uber.com but regretfully no response from UBER. My advice Do not use UBER in India. I will take up this matter with consumer court.

As per booking amount was rs 39.56. on arrival of destination amount displayed on drivers mobile was rs 65.36. after 1 hour i got a message on my mobile saying rs 25 extra for pickup charges. since when this rule has been implemented.

@Uber_Support New way of loot by UBER@Hyderabad. Just now given to driver Rs 500/- for my bill of Rs.218/-. Driver has taken Rs.100/- and was trying to prove that I have given 100/- . When I checked his car side pocket I could find Rs500/- bugs which he is telling that the amount is his. I tried to contact customer care to complain about him. I could connect the Uber CC

He has kept Liquor bottle in his car. Afraid with such kind of acts by Uber drivers. No support from Uber. Ultimately I had to pay 718 /- for a bill of 218/-. Please be cautious while traveling in cabs, especially people who ask for cash instead of online payments.

What checks do Uber has to control these kind of incidents. We find every time a sorry after some incidents occur. What safety these people provide to women passengers. Truely corporate professionals, sending an email to check whether I am safe or not.

Thanks to UBER I am safe after spending 718 rupees for my trip.

Today morning I booked a cab from Noida to anand vihar railway station, total charge shown was 494, as the driver did not had the change nor me, I paid him Rs500..and he ended the trip.

A few minutes later I received an email that the driver updated that the payment was made partial and hence I will have to pay Rs214 in the next trip. Since then I made n number of calls to the driver but he is not picking up the call.

Such a cheating is being done twice, uber people are making fool of their customer n overcharging them in which ever means they are getting. The worst part is that they don't have customer care number. I want the grievance desk to resolve this issue.

UBER is such a PATHETIC COMPANY.

I have been complaining about this for quite sometime now to correct this unnecessary restriction in my uber account where i am not being able to request a ride using digital mode of payment like card or paytm or others...but this is so very sad that your employees don't give a damn to a customers grievance...in my uber account i just cannot understand why these hurdles is being imposed without a single fault of mine...
let me tell you in the end if this continues even for a while now i along with my friends, family and acquaintances shall stop using uber entirely.

you have to restore my uber account back to normalcy otherwise it will just not be good for the health of uber india because not every customer is same and certainly not me...I have already had enough of your (uber and its brazen ignorant employees) rubbish service.

I apologize to write this email to you a days late because I am hospitalizes at AIMS Delhi.

I was talked the Uber rides from Gurugram (Hariyana) to AIMs Delhi on by yesterday and by mistake my phone had left on Uber care due to health issue as I mentioned.

I was continuously called on my number to reach the Uber driver for my phone but not pick and suddenly phone has switched off and not connected I try to reach the Uber driver by your centralized landline number but not connect to driver.

I don’t know why your driver is behave liked that Ideally they are not doing that.

Dear team, I use uber same location pickup and same location drop but this ride u charged me 324 rs why driver drop me my location but trip not stopped and my charged 324 rs according to my pickup and drop location my charged 137 rs but this is driver fault driver drop me my geniun location and after trip stopped another location to let u see this case and refund my money u tracked driver first drop location I set own drop location chittosiya Street garhi harsaru but driver stopped another dropping point and my charge unwanted access amount so check this and refund my money I still waiting ur call and conference me with driver and quick action for driver related issue thanks.

I booked an uber cab from Jubilee hills to yapral on 15/10/2019 for my sister's. The cab driver was recklessly driving the vehicle and a bike rider hit the vehicle from behind. The driver after reaching Secunderabad he forcefully asked them to get of the cab stating vehicle is not going in good condition and asked to leave the cab in Middle of the road where they can't get any source to travel. Is this the way the driver can behave with the females there is who is traveling to New location?
