I am a mobile retailer and want to ask that is there any way that I can sell vivo mobiles by getting them from vivo official stores. one more thing if there is a way then can u send me a list of mobile with market price and retailer price on my email.

I have purchased VIVO phone on 13.8.2018, model no.Y81, IMEI No. 865470049593154 and sine last 10 days, software of my phone has expire and require updates and as a result, I am unable to make call or receive call. My problem has not been shortout by customer care, Hisar centre. I advise to all my friends not to purchase any VIVO Phones.

My mobile vivo y81 hang many times a day when connected to otg and it does not support 32 Gb sd card and not copy or paste files in it.

My phone is Vivo Y21L and its hanging all time. Its even difficult to call anyone.

My mobile vivo y53i, Battery power finished fast only 1 hours. Me mobile purchase in market only 3 months but many virus and heating problem.

My handset Is not working properly on the left side of the handset the volume is very slow. This issue is for second time. As soon as possible i want to replace my handset.

I get new phone vivo y71 on 3/12/2018. But my phone hangs cemera not working and when I see video phone heatup and when I call to vivo care they tell me update your phone I update but the problem still in my phone.I think vivo is very worst company. If u have to by phone don't by any phone of vivo. MI is very good from Vivo.It gives y71modle in 9000rs with 2gb RAM. And 16gb internal and plastic body but in 8500rs MI gives mi6 with 3gb RAM. And 32gb internal and metallic body. I think buy MI phones not vivo.

I have vivo V5s and the Mobile is fall into the water and some water rest into the the mobile and All functions are working but camera is not working so what I do to start the camera.when we open the camera it say error.

I have brought vivo v11 and it is very good looking and stunning and speed is also good but very powerful phone.

My mobile is vivo v 11 pro. When I open camera settings at right top. At that time it shows 24m under the AI scene detection. I want to know that what is 24 m or at which time we have to use this function in our camera.

My vivo v11 pro pro handfree not work properly and service provider not replace or change. so request everyone never buy vivo hands free otherwise you have problem.... (Never buy never buy).

Hi, i wish to say that i have vivo v15 pro, i am facing touch sensibility and system hang issue sometimes, even if i just use 2 or 3 apps in background system start to lag. Touch also does not respond properly. So i kindly request to company to replace my phone because phone is purchased just one month ago. Hope my issue will be resolved.

I inform to you, i have purchase Vivo Mobile Y83 Black, Invoice no. 1259 dt. 29.08.2019., last few month my cell phone on screen Right hand side showing small black dot. after some day doted size increase. i shocked what happened and go to your service centre, Haicheng Vivio India Pvt. Ltd., Shop No. 159, Aggarwal city Plaza m2k, Sector-3 Rohini -110085, Job sheet No.AINDL0104190701341 DT. 06.07.2019 your Service Centre checked my cell Phone only view but not open and asked to us deposit Rs.3295/ for Display charges. I asked to Service Centre why pay Rs. 3295/- when may phone is on warranty not any physical damage of my Screen / Display. he asked to me black dot is showing internal display damage. and now you have to pay. I request your service Centre if not physical Damage found and you are saying internal display damage then that's why showing black dots. this case why pay is customer. if upper side any scratch or front display is damage then pay to chargeable case. but internal display is not working.

I don't know why pay is customer. this is LCD display Problem. no any scratch on my display on front Side. but your service Centre this case is internal damage case and refuse to repair in Warranty. Same time one more Customer come same Service Centre and he Purchase 1 week ago vivo Mobile same issue found. new Cell Phone not any scratch found only black dot showing on their phone. your service centre that case refuse. but customer hyper and Call to Police then your Service Centre asked to Customer pls. wait may I approval form head of department now close in warranty.

may I request you, I know very well if cell phone is otter damage / crack of my Display then Company policy it will be chargeable. but this is internal issue. that's why showing black dots. it should be repair in warranty

as we know Vivo Phone is No-1 Phone but With sorrow inform to you your service Centre is very Poor response. also my suggestion is Coordinate with Display vendor and improve quality of Display. we are requesting to you. kindly approve repair in warranty. I hope this case is favor in my Side.

I bought vivo z1pro on 27 July by flipkart. Sometimes m not able to receive & cut the call.
My voice is not audible for callers many times. Please help me plz give me another mobile. M very unhappy customer of vivo. First time I buy vivo. Must say this is first & last time. I will never buy vivo brand and will not advice to anyone to buy vivo phone.

If i want to repair it than i have to pay, its not come under warranty. bcoz the parts is'nt available till my warranty period though i would have ordered today.
