I applied return option fr my panihari bandhani blue color dupatta...bt the delivery person came nd told me jst becoz there was no prize tag on d product he said i have to talk to customer care number...i tried d amazon number bt they r only telling me d returning schedule... why dis is so? i got that dupatta without any prize tag then y this trouble for customer nd i m ur regular customer.

I ordered a book for my son. It was delivered to his college on 21st September 2019. But the book was not the one I ordered. The same day I complained online and I was confirmed of replacement and pick up of the wrong book. They did not give any confirmation mail nor did I save the screenshot. Since no replacement was coming, I contacted customer through chat as the phone call wasn't going. During my chat 4 executives changed in between and made me repeat my complain every time an executive changed. Lastly they only told me to reorder. since it was not my fault I requested them to resend a copy for which I would pay. They didn't agree and ask me to repay. This is disgusting and an unfair practice. Their toll free Customer Care phone never gets through. Probably Amazon is just living through their success and glory forgetting the customer satisfaction and their fairness in their trade.

i ordered amazon fire stick on 29th sept. and my order's delivery date is 1st oct but i dont get my order till now i called so many time in customer services center they always give to me hope like and they also give commitment that your order get end of day but no they not solve my issue and i am also your prime customer i pay money prime because i got my product 1 day delivery but amazon not give me perfect answer your i got text massege to delivery agent i called him that he says i dont have your order and all so tell me what i do i pay you money but your side no perfect response. amazon very disappointment me.

I have purchased Rs3051 of goods then i cancel the product for chance cash payment now they are not refunding it.

It is very painful to say and believe that Amazon services are getting pathetic. I am your Prime customer, but the delivery of product getting in very pathic condition and damaged. Today i have received my order JBL 3.1 Soundbar in worst condition and on top of it delivery person is telling me its like this only and i am the delivery boy don’t tell me anything.

I spoke to your call centre executive today at 1.19 pm, that poor girl had to face my dis-satisfaction of Amazon experience. Now let me tell you my complaint.

Please find the attched pics of the package what i had received today of JBL 3.1 Soundbar, the seal was open the box is completly damaged, and top of it to hide the damage they had taped the damage box. Inside the box, the soundbar was not wrapped in safety bag (which we usually get with the electronic product) and same with subwoofer also. The soundbar was dusty and because of the damaged packaging the subwoofer box is also little damaged. The power cables also unpacked in the box and dusty.

Please understand we order the product with so much of excitement and its our dream product. Moreover its not a small amount product, i had paid you 29k for this item and cancelled the order of Flipkart (please find the cancelled order picture attached fyr) and placed the order on Amazon because amazon was my trusted e-commerce site. But my trust is little shaken. I ignored all the reviews of Amazon site for this product and ordered only because of Amazon name, sadly this is what happened with me. I am going to give this review in all social media platforms, which impact to your sale period.

As requested by your call centre executive, i should not process the return or replacement request as the same will be processed from Amazon end and i should check with Amazon by calling, to check on the replacement request. I need proper product which should get delivered to me on my address, then only i will handover the today received product as i don’t have any trust on Amazon anymore, your people can pack the same product deliver it again to me as replacement.

Dear Sir/Mam,
I ordered a package (Tracking Id-228991607002) on 7 Oct. 19 & estimated delivery time for this package is 10 Oct. 19.

On 9th Oct. I got a Text message from ur team with one of courier agent no. I spoke with him and he told me this package would be got delivered today. But After that he is not answering my calls. I make call to customer service. I spoke with 2 of Ur Agents Mr. Alam & Mr. Santosh, they are very rude & shouting at me & they are trying to overruled me. They are trying to prove ourselves. I want you must take a action against both of the agents.

Delivery is not deliver the goods in the appropriate address. Regarding this activity i will complain many times but nothing is happens with this issue.

Amazon is very worst company(coustmer care services person is not ready to take my complaints and tell me that do what u can do). I orderd sony wireless ear phone but it does not reach to me and refund is also not given to me but flipkart is very nice company than amazon (Raghu is not taking my compliant also).
