Bad service 2times with Friends Honda Indira nagar Munshipulia Lucknow. Staff technically not trained well. False commitment. Disappointed with Honda.

Hello Honda Care team,

Yesterday (10/03/2019), I gave my Honda Activa for servicing at ' Ananda Honda opp iblur lake, Bellandur Main Rd, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103'. Its my first paid service, they told me it will cost Rs.1600 + taxes.

I contacted the customer service to ask why would it cost this much and the service manager (Rajesh) spoke to me explaining this is standard charges. I questioned him why no one explained to me about AMC which could save money to me. He said, when you come to collect the vehicle I will meet you.

2 PM I received a message as vehicle ready for delivery with estimated charge of Rs.2498.29. I was surprised with the amount mentioned being much higher than the initial estimate.

I went to the service center to collect the vehicle. The accounts section people asked me to meet the service adviser. I met him, asked him why the charge was Rs.2498.29. He told me the AMC price is added, the discount on spares and service will be applied on this amount. We went to billing section (customer lounge).
After recalculation the amount was Rs.2055, I paid. The feedback system was not working. Neither the AC was on. Only the employees were switching it on for few minutes in front of it and then they turn it off (customer lounge was too hot for someone to sit and wait).

I was then told my vehicle is ready, when I checked my vehicle the polish was not properly applied. There was lot of dirt below the floor mat. Not even the seat was properly cleaned. I went back to the service adviser, he said I am attending to other customer that boy will help you. I called the service manager and informed him to come and check the vehicle. The service manager didn't come and meet me, instead he asked the service adviser to talk to me. The service adviser came to me and asked what is the issue.
I shown him the dirt below floor mat, uncleanly seat and polish not properly done. He said you could have told me instead of calling the manager. I told him I tried to explain you, but you were busy. He took the vehicle inside and said to clean it.

I was asked to wait in so called customer lounge where AC is turned off (kept for exhibiting) seating in heat. After waiting till 3 PM I received my vehicle (the seat was still not clean). When I was on my way to home I could hear a continuous beep sound when the vehicle is running. I went back to the service center, couldn't find the same service adviser, spoke to another service adviser who said water might have gone in. Cleaned and gave the vehicle back.

In the end I received my vehicle around 3:30 PM.

What I don't understand is, why they don't clean the vehicle properly? One of the employee was mentioning as there are more vehicles the cleaning could not be proper.
Why don't they turn on the AC when they ask customers to wait in customer lounge?
Why should I remind them about AMC option, why the service center not offering this option knowing my free services are completed?
Why the service manager don't have time to meet me in person and attend to the issue?

On the whole my experience with your service center yesterday was too bad, pathetic and highly disappointing.

I am from kharar district Mohali. I made my joyride card from PREM MOTOR'S in which they are told me that you have five motorcycle services. I last serviced my motorcycle in December I.e. 4th service. At the time of 4th service the person on seat told me that next service will be after three months means it's in March, 19. But when I came here to service my bike they told me your service time is over and denied to service my bike. And very rudely deal with me. Give Prem motor's employees a lesson that they in future they dont do that. My contact number is 7307682345.

Hey I'm vijinder from Chandigarh and I have activa 3G Come to give my younger brother to service At your service center sector 40 chandigarh. Your service center name is platinum Honda My brother's age is now 14 years old And he was going to give the activa first for the service Because of which he did not know that the job card is made And he gave a time of 5:00 pm And now I went to take activa, they did not serve He says that job card was not created And for the numbering which they have kept the worker here My brother came with a key to him and even then he did not tell that job card is also made.And right now I went to take activa, then he came out with great arrogance shame for Honda activa services very poor And also damaged my activa's horns And they did not even tight screw of my activa.

Yesterday i.e. 28.04.2019, Activa 5G my vehicle booked for servicing. After service ... vehicle stop on the way to home & not started, after that, from mechanic coming and vehicle get back to service center... checked and found that oil box total empty. hows the possible.. who can check the oil level of vehicle..oil fill at last servicing before 1 month.. where gone oil.. before servicing vehicle running ok ... also Accessories not as per requirement/standerd of Activa, even after purchase of 2 months, the accessories parts loose found..pls ask to dealer use proper and goods condition accessory, we are paying as he wants, then why not provide us strong accessories.

I never this type services in my tenure. The worst services of honda. Without washing boys they are maintaining service centre. Very poor. Please dont go for it.

I have purchased honda activa 4g on dated 25-04-2018 from Piyush Honda Pindwara, rajasthan. I told to service of 4rth on dated 19.04.2019 he answered to me no time today you come after three to four days & last date of service 25.04.2019. After four days I am going to Honda show room On dated 24.04.2019 i told to service but he answered to me no oil today so your coupon enter to online you coming after one week & we service to your bike. But he not respond till date, please solve complaint soon.

I bought my livo bike before 2 years. till now i never get average more than 40km/l. i did all my bike services on time, totallyy harassment from this bike. engine always over heat during running. too much vibration on speed more than 60km/h. i waste my money for Honda , i have to go for bajaj or other.

I purchased Honda duo 2 month ago and now it's condition is worst. there are lots of issue comes in this scooter bt service man is not able to solve these problem. even in free service period they apply labour charge and still problem remains and lastly they said "scooty h ase hi awaj krta h ". I am very disappointed by Honda's service and company.

Service provider of prashant honda muzaffarpur bihar are very bad in behaviour and they always waste time of customer. I tell them to check my scooter battery but they don't check it and after 3 hour they said if there is no any problem with self they why i check battery And also said that if no any problem them battery is not checked by us But when battery is checked by forcing battery became dead. After that they take my complaint for changing battery under warranty. They really behave bad with me.

On 01-July-19 Monday evening 18:30 I purchased a Samsung LED TV worth 54000 in Croma Mount Road Chennai via Bajaj Finance. The rules are clearly framed by the finance people that the product will be delivered to my address given in Bajaj Finance. I requested the Croma Team leave Finance rules I'm gifting to my friend so It's my sincere request please deliver in his place in Chennai limits only (Madhavaram). They said we cannot help out. Then we moved out sadly.

Further yesterday 02-July-19 Night 22:30 I received the message saying my product is delivered whereas the product is still undelivered and whole night we were in dilemma knocking at our neighbours asking if any parcel received ofcourse disturbing their sleeps. Today 03-July-19 went to the showroom and asked about the SMS they are all blinking and pleading not to complaint about this. Meanwhile i received a call from the driver and upon our request he agreed to deliver in my friend's place, within half an hour I received a call from the Customer Relation Officer named Shankar who was saying very rudely to me that product will be delivered only to my address and that only we will follow, for that I replied Don't brief me the rules I know very well Its my request to the Croma Team and out of customer service you can do this, but he was totally rude.

My first doubt why did the SMS came so early Is any Insiders Trading going??? Second driver called and said he is going to deliver the TV in CROMA Mount Road Showroom itself.

And I'm not going to take the product until a apology mail given by Shankar and now I request the higher hierarchy to take disciplinary action against Shankar Mobile No : 9094226386

Third I need my product to be delivered in my friend's house in Madhavaram. Let me see how swiftly Croma works for me

Very bad service provided by honda. And there employees are very bad no brain and no manner how to talk a customers. They are showing a attitude like honda company is his father company.

I have bought Honda motorcycle CD 110 on 17/09/2015, having registration number
JH 05BG 7443, registration date 26/09/2015 found very poor material built up... having almost damaged chassis joint, number plate rusted/replaced twice.

Please see the matter seriously to replace the part to maintain your company's credibility and also ensure the quality of your product.

I have many problem facing in CD110Dream. With in eight month i have many problem facing: -

1, Seal Damage in 5 Month.
2, Chain Set Change (7 Month) chain set break in 10 days after changing chain set!
3, Missing Problem (This complaint is not short out till time (already many time complain).

Every time i have paid service & spare charges. Your company giving 3 year warranty, then were is your warranty if i have pay amount every time).

Dear Team,

I have visited service center for free service of my vehicle Grazia GJ27-CJ2804.

while taking it inward everything was perfect and it was a routine service. I received msg saying your vehicle is ready after service, but when i went to take delivery of my vehicle i found that my vehicle was not serviced properly and few parts were unfitted and were loose, i complained for the same and didn't take the delivery. Again I received msg saying my vehicle is ready for delivery but when i visited the service station to my surprise things were more worse than before. I dropped the idea of taking the delivery and complained to the customer service for the same. After my several calls and complain i got a call from Mr Kanu bhai (9558483037) saying you have to submit the vehicle for insurance as things are damage.

Please find attached photos and video of the loose fitting and problem reported. why customer will bear the cost of insurance when there is no history of damage from my side, when i submitted my vehicle for service everything was fit and fine now suddenly they are asking it to submit for insurance. why will i bear the cost of insurance when nothing was wrong with my vehicle. If this is the level of service they provide at HONDA service station how a customer will be satisfied and why will a customer will purchase HONDA products. Please find attached photos and video for your reference. I also had a word with Miss Kirti saying my complaint will be resolved in 3 working days, but i don't trust any of them now. Please look into the matter and help us in the case.

Today I give activa for service our token no. 3 but he cannot done proper service. I have tell him to give me complain book but he cannot give, Her staff behavior is not good.

I got a bike at sudharasan showroom in nagpur at 4 month before. they are telling your chain bracket gone. my bike went only 4000km your spare are used only 4 month my num 8788087173.
