Our food process was not working well. We showed it to nearby local repairing centre. They said belt is requied and contact the customer care. I have been trying to reach out to the customer care but not possible to comment.

Ii register complaint regarding inalsa processor dated 6/03/2019 by complaint no 190306002 but till date not process my complaint are you listen customer complaint after one year or 5 year plan.

I have registered service call on the 7th September. Registered Request Number is MAH 190907029.

Request allotted to Technician Mr. Anil Kokane from Jay Services. As on today, i.e. 15th September, service call is not attended. Nor I received any call from the Company to confirm whether service is provided or not by the technical. Can I hope a call in this regard?

I have purchased induction cooktop from your company. It is not working properly. It is not giving proper heating. I am facing problem. kindly do the favour regard my problem.

I have purchased inalsa inox 1000w and within 3 months the speed knob did not work properly.I took it to the dealer and he stated that there may be some cicuit problem or knob must be defective .after 2 days he said problem was as he has guessed and charged me rs250 and the product is under warranty than why I was asked to pay for repair .Please ans my ques.THANKS.

I have problem in my steam iron and I’m two times complaint but no one resolved my problems.

I am serving in Defence. I purchased new water heater of Inalsa from CSD. I was informed that I'll get free installation from Inalsa. But when i contact to Customer care of inalsa they refuse to do so. This is my first experience with inalsa and its really very bad experience.

The INALSA Has pathetic services, they don't solve issues and take months to respond,not valuing customer's time. There mobile app also doesn't work. Worst company ever. I would suggest never to buy products from this company.
