My boat rokerz 255 is is not getting charged and some time not getting switch on also the light is not blinking and getting iver heated while putting into charge.

I send my device to the service center on 19th july and it received on 20th july today is 1st august and no response received from boat. SR: 376556 dont know what is happening with the service center that after 10 days they didnt replied or replace my faulty device.

Please replace my device as already it is 10 days past.

I registered complaint their courier boy came and taken the faulty product, it has been nearly 3 weeks boat customer care is not replying me, i track my shipment it shows it reach to the destination. worst customer service experience.

These f**kers never pick up the call. It is been more than 40 day now that my earphones are with boat service centre and they are not even bother to pick up the call... A**holes... I just hope consumer forum can help me in this type of situations.

This is with reference to my complaint of earphone regarding one side of ear phone not working, my earphone was collected for replacement purpose on dt.26.09.2019, but till date i have not received the status of my earphone. Since last 4 days i trying to get connected with customer care but nobody is picking the calls. My complaint Ticket no. 591086.

My Boat Bluetooth earphone one side not working. its warranty is one year. I have already Registered my complaint before 30 days and your customer service team has also taken my unit before 22 days.

Please help me, for my concern. Your customer does not care. Do not call nor answer.The boat customer service process is very slow. They are not picking up calls and service is very poor.
#Please Revert my product.
