I purchased tv 9month ago not it's a problem for little bit. I will try to customer care number but no respect and response our side. And I will send my invoice to the mail also he said after 24 hour then take a action but done for 48 hour's but no response very worst so kindly I will say don't buy. Even not connect customer number. He doing to much very big companys not doing like that but this company doing like that.

I bought two tv 6 September 2019. One of them have compliant. I've been saying compliant for two months. My tv will be not repaired. no one buy tv from this company.

I bought Thomson android 55 inch TV on flip kart in 18/3/2020. Mentioned that TV had COMPLIANT as on 26/4/2020. I registered that complaint as on 5/5/2020, technician attend the complaint on 22/5/2020, the technician said TV was internal COMPLIANT. I request sent in replacement for that company. I have mail on your said confirm that replacement but still now that TV was not stock in your company. kindly need your help, 4 months passed but no response your company site replace my TV sir

F**king Thomson Service Center 3 more months are no reply no action. what are you doing with my complaint.

I think we need to boycott this company as they are not able to capable of providing after sales technical support.

I am facing same issues but TV received with faulty wi-fi from the first date of purchase.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Last month on 17/08/2023 I bought TV Thomson 9R Pro from a Flipkart dealer. I saw the lines on this TV screen and informed Flipkart. Then a technician from Thomson company came and filed a complaint and gave a report to replace the TV. I forwarded his statement to Thomson and Flipkart. No one who saw the report gave me anything or replaced the broken TV.

From the first date of product received and found problem with Wi-Fi. its installation failure product and after logging the complaint in Flipkart and Thomson no body responded. Flipkart ask us to call Thomson and Thomson support number is not reachable. Chat support and email support team gives pre-recorded message that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours. I am sure they don't know the definition of 24 hours because now its more than 20 days and TV is lying in the box at my home.
