I have received the wrong product and am trying to exchange it but the delivery date is not updated in my phone, so it is impossible for me to do the exchange. A plain pastel pink raincoat was ordered and a floral print and somewhat transparent raincoat was delivered instead.

The watch that i ordered was supposed to arrive today. And yes, one package did arrive, but when I open the package, there is a very small bottle inside, which was an agarwood oil fragrance. I am supposed to get the watch, not that little bottle of fragrance which I don't even like the smell.

I placed an order for Saco Hard Disc 1tb with its cover and since 24.07.2019 i am waiting for delivery of the product to me which is not done and false feed back is given to Amazon by Courier Service man. Since yesterday they are promising to deliver and made me to wait in my office but nobody turned up.

I had requested to pick up two shoes on 15-07-2019, but till date nobody has come to pick up it. As also I have not given refund for the same. Amount Rs. 499 + 449 = total 948. till date I have not given credit for the same. Pl. confirm. Upto how long I should wait for it? Pl. reply.

My product was 1669/- after all the charges it showed 1919/- and while payment it still showed 1998/- and after payment it charged me 3005/- . I am never using amazon untill this is fixed.

Amazon has bad device. I have order for hand gloves , but instead of gloves they delivered me a wrong product. I have contacted the customer care but they are very careless about the matter. Till date they didn't return the material or paid amount.one thing more they are not giving any hard copy of invoice/ bill , which is violeting the govt. Rules.

Savlon herbal sensitive handwash and odonil toilet air freshener was ordered but the box found empty, please return money.

Not delivered my order at my home or not near my village they are tell me every time my areas is only city and your areas is non-service-able area and sometimes cancel my order but I tell you my areas on Highway and only 19 km. distance from city. I taken every time order from Amazon office in city. This shows poor delivery.Why not order delivered at home or villages areas??

Translation by my SBI debit card without any shopping.the dated is 26 July and transaction 2 times of 1000 rs on the same day or second transaction date is 27 July and debited 440 rs bye Amazon seller. Plz resolve this problem and make my money as it is and refund it.

I face the problem that is I don't use scan and pay option in Amazon app. It shows that this version of ur Amazon is not supported scan option But it is updated version.
