I bought kajaria tiles from your dealer in sujanpur tira himachal pardesh. Dealer was having not care for customers time. some material was lessen and when we tried to call that dealer after doing nearly 50 of calls he did not answer. When we went his shop he said he do not have same material and refuse to order for future. How a renown company can give the dealership to such person who is not having a respect for customer's time. But definitely for future i will not recommend to anyone to buy kajaria tiles. Totally disgusting service. Shame on such dealer.

Today visited some of the showrooms of Kajaria tiles in east delhi Jagatpuri area. dealers were not interested in showing tile number to finalize the price etc. They said first buy the tile we shall provide number on the bill. Can you send me 2x2 floor tile catalogue with price range and for kitchen also. Thanks.

I booked bathroom wall and floor tiles on 15th July 2019 . Ms Upadhya informed me that they will be delivered after five days. I paid advance of rs 3000 and rs 15200 plus carriage on delivery. Till date I have not received the same though i have made repeated calls to her. The lady is rude and very arrogant and only called up on 5th Aug to recheck quantity. I told her i do not need them now and that i will never buy Kajaria tiles now. And all because of her poor customer handling. This is v unlike a brand like yours. Please check and punish her for giving bad image to your company. She is giving a bad name to your brand by her behaviour.
