4-5 months ago i had booked ola cab , at a hotel in vijayawada, the driver had come and called from out side of the hotel on phone, i had asked him to wait for 3 minutes while i was bagging my luggage and to check out the hotel, but the driver had come & left even before by the time i came down, (actually i didn't cancel the ride, of late i wanted to book a ride in visakhapatnam, i was surprised on being asked to pay penalty of Rs125, i agreed to pay but even then the driver had turned down my booking ride, plz mail or msg me about this issue.

I have booked OLA Cab and after providing OTP the driver told me thaI have not enough CNG in car, on the way I have to take gas, where I was traveling in emergency and I was panicked and got delayed, please instruct your staff that they should have enough gas or not to take passengers.

The ola auto normally charges 32 rs from my work place to home around 12pm in afternoon and today it charged almost 50Rs. The customer care number is also not connecting, i want my refund any how.

Pathetic company pathetic service pathetic customer care . 5star rating for third class employees. I am trying to reach u guys but not getting my calls connected. So if u wanna know how much exactly bullshit service u are providing call me on 7567309157.

Ola charged me excess kms for my out station ride. As per Ola's messages on start and finish of ride, were same as the km reading in the cab, which was 179 kms, I was charged for 259 kms. I fail to understand how. The most annoying party is that, you cannot connect with anyone at Ola. When you call from the app, you either get a message that Ola customer care now have changed, so please go to the Ola app. Or the call just drops. The changes in the app have left no scope for even typing any message.

How ridiculous can this get. How are they even going to ensure The safety of their passengers if one can't get thru to them?

Quite frustrated and disgusted with my experience.

Booked ola from Andheri to Kalyan station at 10.am in the morning on 6 Oct. I have tried calling on my 8983463107. Pls can u log in my account n get me the details for the Ola driver. Appreciate all your support on the above.

Dear I was booking ola cabs fom customer care number-07033831037 first time.he said to transfar 100 RS.then he said me to install, Any Disk app after giving him code of that app my all amount of my debit card deducted totel 14000/-. Now no one is helping me to refund my money. so kindly plz refund my amount my cab drivers name & number details is below;-

The service of Ola cabs is too much poor. Ola Cab driver charged extra after amount confirmation.

I have been charged twice for a ola driver cancelling on me on the 16th of this month one for $20.00 and one for $10.00. i want the money put back in my account immediately or i am going to contact consumer affairs!!!

Once again yesterday my share pass was renewed without any consent from me or any auto renewal? Also I can see the option for auto renewal is also removed from the app for your deceitful benefits. May I know how is this happening and why is there no reply to my previous complaint? Why is there no customer care number for your company?

Hi, I travel from Dadar to BKC daily. Usually it takes 25-30 minutes to reach BKC. I experienced Ola share is taking 20-25 minutes to reach on pickup point and it will take another 40-50 minutes to reach the destination by taking long route. Why you people don't pickup new customer from the near by route. Ola just wasting 40-50 minutes daily. Ola is giving worst service.

In Indore MadhyaPradesh. The Ride was cancelled at the start only by us & was the driver charged us 40 Rs. without cancelling it online. & We (2girls) thought the Ride got completed. Again same auto ride got booked from ola's end showing estimated fees 56 Rs. But at the end of the Ride we reached to our Destination & charged Triple of the estimated amount. Which is Rs..164. (Attention. The Driver didn't cancelled the Ride, & even Took TRIPLE TIMES THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT.

I had booked ola rickshaw from malad to santacruz - west. it showed me tariff amount 265Rs. When i reached my destination it showed 445Rs. you'll re real cheats even if i had to travel by taxi the bill would not amount so much. i want my refund.

On 19.1.19. booked the cab to Rithumbara banquet. Driver didn't respond for 10 minutes. After connecting he refused to come. i had to cancelled booking.Then booked another cab.Again after about 10 minutes driver didn't responded. Then called your support no. They arranged for another cab. Returning Again booked a cab from Rithumbara to Wadala, didn't get the response from Driver for 15 minutes,had to cancell the booking.

Now I have received the message from your office that cancellation limit is over & account will cancelled. Please respond.

Pl unblock my Ola account.

When I am booking it is shown a estimate of 820 but when I am dropping they collected from me an amount of 2975 and they are telling this difference amount is huge demand so they charged this much amount if the amount is not refunded this is my last transaction with old.

So my friends please stop doing transaction with ola they should know the important of customer.

I did my flight booking from ola and after that I have cleared the dues of postpaid but the amount got deducted twice. I have called bank person also but that have already credited the amount but I cannot see in my ola money.

Kindly help me with this and credit the amount which has deducted twice.

Again, I did flight booking from Ola, because there was a discount of 6% but i have not received the discount amount toll now. Kindly do credit the discount amount in Ola money.

I had selected card option but driver showing cash option, and pay in cash. But my payment status showing due

For 3 kilometer ride, charge was RS, 160. It is Very high fare, compare to airplane charge. Very bad service.
