I had received a message from Easyday about an offer that if i will buy over Rs.5000 in the month of April then Easyday will give one duffle bag cost Rs.1500. I had shopped over Rs.Rs.5000/- in the month of April, and when i asked for the offer which was going on of a duffle bag on shopping for above 5000/-, they said they don’t hv the item and once they get it they will notify me.

It’s 12nd July today and i still dint get the product of the offer. Very irresponsible or may i say it’s fraudulent.

I'm a sr citizen,an Easy day member and a regular visitor of your Easyday. Retail store KASHIPUR, Uttarakhand. At the billing counter,Sr citizens have to stand in queue for a long time,somtimes it is unbearable for us due to age and health.Hope,your reputed group will consider the hardships we face and direct your retail store for.There may be separate counter for Dr citizens.

I took a membership of Easyday Club (card no. 6236 9938 018 706). During membership, I have been offered 5 litre refined oil with 3 kg sugar. After taking the materials,I was intimated that I would not get 3 kg sugar. I thought that there may be some mistake on the part of company. I was again misguided by the staff during purchasing of fruits and Vegetables to get discount of Rs50 due to lack of knowledge of staff. On 22nd July 2019 I was given a gift Electric Kettle. On the next day I was again informed that The gift was wrongly issued to me which is to be returned. I faced lot of trouble during short cure all are happened due to the lack of knowledge of Unfried staff. My time is valuable and I cannot spent time for this mistake. The matter should be examined.

I want to buy fruit and veg fresh from madhuban store but last time I had purchased certain items from there but now I want to make order for fresh fruit and veg but it is not going to take my order. kindly change my store because dust I had made order at Madhuban Norman Vihar. pl do needful.

Purchasing for the month of June-2019 as per your record is Rs 1,500/= Where as I am purchasing 95% of my required groccery from your store. In june i am sure that my purchasing in june is more than Rs 5,000/= as i recieved message in june that purchasing is short by Rs 675/=. So i made purchasing for arround Rs 1,000/=.

Sir,
Your staff deputed at the above said store is always indulges in malpractices there by issuing specially discounted offered item's to their near and dear one shopkeepers. Whenever we pickup these item thereby seeing the Special Discount tag.They refused to bill on the pretext that the special offers are not available as they have forgot to remove the special offer tag from rack. This is not happened once but this is usually happened. When we tried to complain this to the store manager deputed their he also tries to shelter his staff which seem like he also indulge indulged in the wrong practices. Rather his conduct should be to co operate with customer and issue him the item on that special discounted offer and to deduct the loss on such from the pocket of staff who was responsible for not removing the special discount tag from the rack. In this way customer also will not be humiliated at billing counter and staff will also become responsible for these malpractices.

Hi you people are calling me for renewal my Membership card But you people are asking to pay rs,1000 but they says i can get only Rs,300 can purchase But remaining Rs.700?? but i want to renew my condition is to purchase full amount.

I Am Naveen Ambawata. I am Member Of Easy day and regular visit of your easy day at ghitorni New delhi 110030 and My last visit yesterday Easy day Ghitorni Manager behavior is not good. He is saying words (Main manager hu, mera kaam nhi h batana, wo samne ladka hai usse puch le jeera power kaha rakhha hai).

Please immediately action of this manager

I paid Rs. 999/- for one year membership and get some coupons. In mahesh Nagar, Ambala Cantt, the store closed, you are requested to refund my amount or direct where I can use this card and coupons?
