Product not delivered
The order was delivered in my office to my office boy early in the morning. When i came to office and opened the box there was no watch inside the box. I have received the empty box. I raised the complaint to Amazon customer care on same day i.e 25th June 2019. They told me that they will do the investigation and let me know. I waited for their response for next 6 days there was no response from the Amazon customer support. When i called them back on 1st July 2019 the customer care guy told that they have finished their investigation and not found any issue in packing and delivery of the product. When i called them to escalate the issue the customer care person told that he cannot raise the issue to anyone as the investigation is done and he disconnected my call.
Return bad product
