Last one months problems is there. we try more then time customer care and do not given proper address and also taken address don’t attend the call and no response. this is one year warranty is there.its time out of 15 days. I have done complaint no (1803066611) regarding my geyser on 14/03/2018. On 15/03/18 mechanic (AHID-8010025621) from the outsource repair agency ie.- Jagdamba service centre that is appointed as service agency on behalf of crompton visited and told me that your geyser 25 litres is leaking and it will be changed within one week. After almost ONE MONTH on 13/04/18 i called Jagdamba service centre on (8130598814) where they told that particular model is not available but your complaint will be resolved in 3-4 days. I called west delhi area manager Mr.SUMIT ON (9643151157) on 17/04/2018. He told me that your problem will be resolved maximum by 21/04/18 as he is monitoring this case on priority basis. Till date nobody called me neither jadamba service center nor Mr. Sumit area manager west delhi.

I suggest you all never buy crompton product as there service is pathetic and i have personally had very very bad experience of crompton service and product.

I was purchased a aura model fan in April 2018 but it was come a big sound in running, and the fan side design s was broken in running, i use the fan only 3 months only. It was a bad opinion on company.

I purchased 1 HP immersed water pump for my sump purchased date 6/3/2017.. last 4days back it is not working. i complaints to the customer care and very great difficulty to get the lines for customer care number and registered. till now I'm not received any technician phone call... really I think its an very poor service in this company.

Sir Jai Hind, I am Durgesh Kumar (Mobile No 8619601808) a soldier from Indian Army. I bought a Crompton Submersible pump 7.5 HP from Faizabad UP in Apr 2018 last year. The cost of the motor was Rs 22000/-. The motor got faulty in the month of Aug 2019 and a complain was raised to customer service of crompton. Then as per direction of service mechanic, the motor was sent to service center (Aaditya Enterprises Faizabad UP). There several defect was declared by service center.

2. Complain No 1809211231 dated 29 Sep 2018. I was told to pay around Rs 10000/-. I received motor repaired by service center and they told to pay Rs 11800/- for repairing. Faulty fitted items neither returned nor shown to customer.

3. I want to know from higher authorities from Crompton motor whether it is appropriate to charge that huge amount for repair whether motor is almost new (one year new motor). Even motor was very less used and got faulty. I am very sure that there is involvement of officers of manufacturer in taking some incentive from service center as I was looted by this huge amount. Thus we are being looted by manufacturer who are producing such poor quality of motor and also by service center.

4. Your company is producing a very poor quality of motor. This may be one of the reason of suicides of the farmers of this country.

5. In view of the above , you are requested to look into the matter and take necessary action please.

I bought a crompton geyser online. It was defective and started leaking. On registering the complaint, the engineer visited and told that it needs replacement and will be done within 7-10 days. Now after 12 days have passed, they have not replaced it yet and telling it will take 1 week more. One of the worst service by SD Sales and Services. Tried to contact Sumit Kumar at 9643151157(provided by customer care support), he is not even picking up the phone. Really pathetic service and response from these guys. We are facing lot of problem now.

Hello Crompton team,

Engineer from Crompton visited yesterday to diagnose problem of leakage in the Gyser.
He suggested that there is a manufacturing defect and the unit has to be replaced and that is ok.

My query is that who will be bearing the uninstall / installation charges along with the cartrage fees, why cant you fix it like other companies are doing.

I sent a email to customer care on 30th and still waiting for the response. When can i get a response regarding this.

I purchased Crompton, instant water heater.i used once only...further not working.. mechanic is fraud..co also is fraud.. even seller is fraud..total amount rs7500.. loss.. phone never attended by customer care..fake email ids.. wasted 12 hrs time..co is unfit to run.

I purchase Crompton Mini Master II in 4th Sep 2018. But within 4 days it stopped working. Maine isko seller ke pas le Jake repair karaya. But 2 din ke bad phir ye kharab ho gayi. Is bar Maine customer care phone karke Complaint Note karayi. par ab 3 din ho Gaye koi bhi isko repair Karne nahi aaya. Maine Care par dobara
Phone Kara to care bale kehte hai aap seller ko phone kare.

i am complaining because i am not satisfied with your Customer Care Agency. To resolve this problem i would like you to take an strict action as early as possible.

when i first learned of this problem, i contacted manager AMIT (contact details-9810797607)at your company. He always used to say .it will be done tomorrow. I registered my complaint on 10th April 2019.After that a person came on 13th April 2019 for Visit. He told that a motor must have to be changed.

Till now, Nobody is here to change the motor. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem,

Sir, i purchased a submersible pump on 19.04.2019, from today morning it is not working voltage is from 150 to 215 and today amper s showing high average it shows below 7 but today it is showing between 9 to 10 amper and motor is not starting. please send your representative to look into the matter. my mobile no. is 9868586844.

I purchased Cromton Air cooler for RS 9200/ in Spencer's Retail Ltd Hanamkonda Warangal Telangana.Since purchased Air cooler not working properly.Again I paid RS 1800/ for repair to Authorise services Sri Sai Enterprises Warangal Telangana.Even not working. I did purchased crompton pressure pump before 15 to 20 days, after 08 days it did not work properly so I visited shop from where I purchased he told me to contact customer care of Compton. On 13-6-19, I lodged my complaint vide No. 1906109462.On 14/6/19 one service personnel started calling me since mornimg,asking my address, and where it is located etc. In evening by 7 Pm he came to my home, but certainly lights got off of whole area,so he told that he will visit tomorrow,when I called him next day he told that he is on leave his name was yadav and he was asking for happy code which I didn't gave,than also he posted online that service is done, which is fake.This I came to know when I called crompton service center again on 15/6/19 to lodge my complaint, The lady who took my complaint on 15/6/19 told me that she would provide No. of service manager, which she never provided. It appears that due to this fake service centeres name of Compton is spoiled, will some concerned company executive take action.

I have complained about the geyser problem to our local CG service center. According to the local CG Service center since its in warranty so the unit will be replace.

It was supposed to be replaced within one month but till date they have no update, they are just saying it will be done within few days. But its almost 2month we have given the unit for replacement.

Need update at the earliest. Its very very urgent.

Hi!!!

It is very unfortunate to inform you that a complaint has been booked for my geyser in the month of February 2020 [number & date lost] for which the service charge and the cost of spare part has been paid to the technician on his visit. The spare part is still pending till date for which i have already paid [the receipt is attached herewith for your reference].

Since the problem is still unresolved and considering the fact of a long period of nationwide lockdown I booked a fresh complain on August 20, 2020 vide No. 2008082321 at your helpline number. Like previous, this time also a different technician has called me and took me on a call with your local service station at Sodepur. Again the same issue that the spare part is not available with them and it has been on wait to receive from the company.

Please suggest what should i do now and after nine months of wait what kind of service are you providing to your customers. Even the technician has taken the cost of parts without installing the same !!!!! I would expect a positive reply and a phone call as well to my below number within 2 working days to prevent me to take further serious action against you.
