I have bought ktm 200 duke on 26.12.2018 from ktm haridwar (uttrakhand). But they have not provided my registration yet and the sales manager of the showroom is completely ignoring this issue. Please take action as soon as possible.

I had purchased a ktm duke 200 (TN 04 AU 5122) in the month of may 30 2018 from an authorised showroom (617, Khivraj Premises, Mount Road Opp US Embassy, Anna Salai, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600006).

My bike repairs in engine pit bolt... i have asked the showroom several times for just just engine pit bolt to repair my bike. i went there for nearly 10 times but they are not responding well. the staffs are talking rudely... is this the way to treat customers? Am i mad to buy ktm?? Till now i didin get the engine pit bolt.. and their service centre also very bad.. then whats the use of buying ktm? Or else ill fire my bike in front of the showroom.. how long time i can run for pit bolt... and also ill tell my friends not to buy ktm. your service is very bad. thank you.

My bike is registered at Malda, West Bengal. I have faced very worst service by malda ktm service marketed by Bajaj. Never I have got any parts available at bajaj showroom,even an oil filter. For every parts we need to place order which need approx 1 month to get available. Few days back I have got some issue in my bike but technician is telling that he will open my bike engine after 1 month as now he is busy wiyh other bike. After that he will place order the part which will be needed which will need more 1 month to reach at Malda. Means I have to keep my bike useless for 2 months. Is it a nature of service?

I just contacted all the 3 showrooms in Coimbatore,but all are saying that they don't stock of fuel pumps for duke 200, for the so many times I'm facing no stock from ktm, if you can't supply the spares just pass a news I'll sell the bike & change to another brand of bike ???? more than that I got the answer I need to wait a week for the spares ,but the showroom people are sorry from their side for the no stock , just pass a news how long I need to wait & I have registered for orange day on 31/03/2019 in this condition how can I participate in it.

Motors ktm Showroom, Chandrkala Arcade, Tedhi Puliya, vikas nagar Lucknow, But they have provided my Temporary Registration No. 46 days delay, & and the sales manager of the showroom is completely ignoring this issue. I bought the bike on 23-01-2019, while the Sale letter was given on 18-02-2019, Because of which I had to pay late fee 899 to RTO Office Raebareli U.P. Please take action as soon as possible.

Your staff doesn't take the complaints seriously, this shows that you as a company don't care about your customers. I'm looking forward to hear from you and get my issue resolved at the earliest.

I purchase ktm bike from your company. N I gave to do service of my bike it's was 1000 kilometers used. Again after I gave for service 5000 kilometres used. Still no any improvement In my bike. Bike handle is not properly fixed it's not straight. So many time I ask your automobile service person to repair the bike check properly. They everytime used to give me different different problems. Still I am suffering the same problem so please you help me for this problem. Either you replace my bike or solve my bike problem. I m suffering this problem from the day I bought this ktm bike

Bike num MH 01 DH. 1907Rohan gave me application form to fill and told me I will send your bike to service company. And even he told me my company boy will come to collect your bike. But yet no one came to take my bike. They make fool to customers. What is the use of filing form. Fake people.Again I been to service centre of KTM bike so same they replied me ur bike is proper. Nothing happen to ur bike. There is no any problem. And replying me our parts products are very nice. If it is true and then y I m facing these problems. I gave for service they spoiled my bike they did scratch in my bike. U can check I have put picture of my bike. U all will come to know. How discusting they are. If such staff don’t know to do service of bike. y company has hire them. To give problems to customers. They don’t know how to treat customers. Rajni gave me appointment at 10:00 i reached on my time but he was not on time waiting like fool then after he came at 11:20. How discusting no value of time. Staff r very irresponsible. They don’t care of customers if he will be comings late then he should inform me before I would come late. He wasted my time. Later ranjni he took my bike for service. He and staff opened my bike parts and went away n doing meeting with staffs. I went and remind him what about my bike. Y u all keeping my bike aside as if u don’t take care of that. I really faced these type of problem yesterday it’s was very bad day for me. These same thing happen many times with me.i only go and follows them they don’t care of customers. This is not good. Waiting for long time finally I got my bike but in bad conditions at 5 : 00pm I asked them wat it is. While before giving my bike it’s was good u all spoiled it. So they replied me will change it’s our mistake. Y these KTM showroom giving me such problems. Seriously I worst day was when I bought bike from KTM. It’s is worst KTM bike in dis whole world.

I purchase a KTM 125ABS alits almost only 1 month over and all his system is blocked due to a rain of 1 day, it is new and only in 1 month over. It is very worst bike in all motorbike. I am very disappoint from this bike.

Hi KTM India,

I am sharing my recent experience with KTM service center located in Gurgaon, universal automotives. I recently visited there for a paid service. My bike number UP 16 BN 3713 was attended by Shivcharan and serviced by Rahul. I reached there around 5 in the evening. It took them 1 hour to attend my bike still that was ok for me, when Rahul started opening the parts of my bike, he seemed to very careless while opening the fiber parts on tank. Infact he also put some scratch on tank, He was trying to finish his work so fast that he didn't care about the scratches as well as he asked to my hold the tank so that he could change the filters. As soon he finishes the servicing he took it on ride to check if everything is ok. After coming back they sent for a wash. When it came back i rode it to my home back. When i was riding i found there is some chain issue because it was sounding a bit and the same i told to Rahul, but he said its fine, it is making noise because i have just tighten it and in some time it will be ok. I said ok if you say so.

After few days i found the black cover which is fitted on the tank lower side was not fitted properly by them. Since i m living in delhi now so couldn't go back there for that thing and got it repaired from near by service center. The major issue i found with its chains it started making more noise with the few of days. And now its in a bad condition. Im just really disappointed with these kind of negligence specially when you paying so much for the service and getting no satisfaction from day one. I want to request yoy KTM India to please look into this and see what best you can do for me since im really not satisfied with the service and facing problem since then.

Ahmedabad , maningar service center removing bikes parts , they removed my new battery n kept 3 years old batter i even dont know how many parts they would have changed. Ktm official do take strict action on it or else some action would be taken by my side.

My KTM 200 bought in 2019 done 4000km is very sluggish, not able to cross 100 Kmph. Vibrations on footpegs and body of the bike is pretty high, such that the saree guard fell off on my trip to Chennai.Is this is an engine issue , old engine.... not able to pin point why there is so much resistance. I remember that my new FZ 150 used to touch 110 when it was new.

Whenever any faults happens in my bike technician tell me now to check it after checking bike issue and we are consult with u..after four days check bike and telling try to change the parts instead of repairing. they technician need 5days and charged 5k and solve the problem and delivered date(09/04/2019)after 6days call showroom and technicians which will needed 10days and which will needed 10days and now it's almost one month gone,not delivered same time ..Later when we consulted showroom for the details they are ignoring us and are neglecting our calls.these show room member are going against customer ethics and rules.after one month again calling technician is telling that he will open my bike engine and charged 15to20k.My answer ok sir no problem start your work and repair my bike..After 5days later calling technician need 10 days more and tell me everyone parts is not available in showroom..part is ordered and technician Needed 10to15 days.

My answer don't worry sir I will come after 20 to 25 day and please repair my bike and technician and manager tell me ok sir after month your bike is ready I ll call u back later and come..And no call almost one to two month is gone..

After 2 month 6/6/2019. I will come show room bike is ready and technician tell me one part is not available name-(chamshupe)..already give 2months..My question why sir chamshupe is not working during bike riding on road side again damage due to chamshupe my bike again damaged and block the engine..i am ready for that to change the chamshupe issues and pay charge but technician tell me on date 6/6/2019 after 15days again comes to showroom and changed the chamshupe and paying price 2500 and I ll change.techNician and manager tell me don't worry sir this problem is not a big problem.my answer ok sir! After 1st service on date 6/6/2019 and pay bill 12000/- and I went to my home with bike!!After 15days date(22/6/2019)later when we consulted showroom for chamshupe detail technician tell me part is not available within 15days part is coming and instead change the part,i ll calling showroom after 15days and technician and manager answer part is ordered part is coming after 15days almost one month is gone..I am orderd ktm 390 chamshupe they are saying it is not in our show room and they will provide after one month I am not satisfied with servicing again 5days calling for detail they are ignoring us and neglecting our calls..And finally after 1st service after 1month again 4/7/2019 my bike is stop road side and block engine and no start ktm 390..I am ready for that change the part chamshupe within 15days and paying money but technician not give a proper response and neglecting calls..this is not my faults 3 to 4 times calling showroom and not give proper response and again 4/7/2019 bike is damaged suddenly deliverd show room with arrange four wheeler and deliverd.2nd time but at present I am not satisfied with the MAHESh BAJAJ KTM SHOW ROOM COMPANY AUTHORISED DEALER OF PALANPUR CITY AND DEATAIL SHOW ROOM. again 10days calling show room technician and manager telling me your ktm 390 bike parts like piston and other parts is damaged due to chamshupe and technician telling me change the part and charged 23000/- again problem in my bike due to technician faults and after 10days 8/8/2019 calling show room for bike detail and technician telling me bike head is damaged instead change the part and charged 8000/- and solve the problem..again and again and again problem and not solve actual problem in my bike.it is a nature of service...more and more I visit above show room to collect vehicle with heavy expensive near about 10 to 15 k with traveling and others cost so that i heavy tired. Dear sir/mam today is 9/8/2019 date and 4 to 5 month is gone means I have to keep my bike useless for 4 to5month.my bike KTM RC 390 their side KTM show room Address 1st floor, Mahesh bajaj ktm show room, Deesa highway, Palanpur Gujrat,385001.

KTM Show room Technician and manager is fraud and technician and manager is not a responsible person..Please sir its a humble request to you sir please take positive step on that issue and kindly consider my request...its also affecting KTM sales as per my point of view.till now after doing complaints also i have not get any solutions from KTM service at Dessa Highway, palanpur(KTM).

I am from najibabad i have purchasers a new duke 125 on 20 january after a month of purchase my bike is totally making sound this i have informed to ktm branch they said it is not in proper condition how a bike part can be damaged under 2 or 3 months the chain set problem i accompanied but after that battery issue came then they said it is dead under 5 months this means they are selling the defective pieces to small cities please note my problem as soon as possible,

I bought my duke 125 in April 2019 from kangra (H.P). My front bike tyre got cut. I complaint about it to the dealer and they says we are not responsible for it kindly contact with the Mrf tyres. Then I contact with them and they says we can't do anything and we can't replace the tyre as we are not responsible for the cut in tyre now what a customer will do. It hardly reaches about 2500km yet. Now they are saying you have to bought a new tyre. If we have to bought a new tyre after 10 months then what about the service of the ktm and they says we give 1 year warranty to our product. This means the company just says but do nothing. Now tell me what a customer will do.

Date of Purchase - 21.10.2019 Under Warranty - Yes Model no.- 150 AM Echo charging Sr. No.- 65GD58F1006409 Amount paid- 12,500/- Complaint no.- NA Job sheet No.- NA Receiving no.- 4009007775 Problem details He purchased a Luminous inverter battery on 21.10.2019 for which he paid 12500/- and the billing is on his name. As from the very first day the battery is not giving the appropriate backup of 3- 4 hrs as per the description of the battery. He contact the company via call(30.1.2020), as they took his battery and told that he will receive the new battery after 1 week. Now the company is denying to give the services and the battery is with them. Expected - Consumer want the company to replace the battery.

The duke 125 does not justify it's price. i know it's a premium sport bike and ktm is a well known brand but still i'll say it just doesn't justify it's price...and you should replace the 125 cc engine with 150 cc.

Hello KTM, I am Arjun using KTM Duke 200 (kl 58 AA 8974) FOR Almost one year. I got accident 4 months before and I claimed for insurance. The bad news is that I don't get back my bike till now. The service Centre does not provide any information about my claim and they don't attending the phone. I am doing a job in school as a clerk and I want my bike for daily use. Am really disappointed with the behavior from the service department and the process of KTM doing. I want say that with in 24 hours I want the full details about my bike or you can give back my vehicle cash.

We bought duke 390 two years back..our vehicle no.TN 38 CP 1162..we are not using for rough driving..even we got engine problem six month back.so we gave service to Aadithya service center which located at Coimbatore saibaba colony..they did mistake in service and not change the new parts which it claimed under warranty..they put old parts. so again we had the same problem..they have cheated us and not responding properly.....already I have paid more..now also they have raised bill 15000. kindly accept my complaint and take the action immediately.

I service my KTM bike from authorised service centre. They made my bike more worst. They cheated with me and change my fuel pump secretly. My bikes brakes suddenly got failed at mid of road and and not running properly. Then i took my bike at local mechanic they told me your fuel pump got changed and service not done properly. After this i call the ktm service centre in Delhi kirti nagar, they misbehave with me. Please do something!!
