I am from delhi office subhash nagar maine swiggy join ki thi temporary job. staff is very bad and sub document dene ke bad bhi id lock ki hui hai 2 month se aise hi ghuma rahe hai.

The price on the menu surges goes higher when added to the cart. The cx care people are USELESS, THE CHAT IS WORTHLESS no solution. Swiggy dont care. All should write in the papers so that notice will be taken n action will be taken against such companies that cheat the public. I am gathering letters of complain n will be putting in Bombay mirror.

I am not able to login to my account. Always asking me to sign up. And after that it shows that mobile already used in 6 months. Help me swiggy team. ASAP please.

My referral to my friend is completed to first order yesterday but i have not received referral money.

I invite my friend on swiggy but I can't get any referral coupon... Please help me.

I have placed 8 quantities (Birayani worth Rs.150 exclusive taxes) from the restaurant Kabab magic where i have made payment for 8 packages through my debit card, when i have received the order only 6 qualities of packages of food have been delivered whereas 2 package of birayani worth Rs.150 each have not been delivered.. when i contacted swiggy chat support team agent K_Supriyo, I_anuranj, A_naveen and K_ranjan were not able to resolve my query.

When i asked them to refund my money or delivery the missing order they refused to do it and forcefully provide me coupon code. When i contacted to swiggy customer support number agent Rashmi totally refused to resolve my query and started to speak unnecessary things, when i informed her either return my amount or deliver the missing food she began to speak meaningless things which has no sense at all.

I ordered a Dominos pizza on 10th March in Gurgaon mistakenly instead of Jaipur so i cancelled the order withing 2 minutes and placed a fresh order for Jaipur.The cancelled order was booked through swiggy. I have not received my refund (Rs 448) till today. The payment was initiated from Dominos long back and pending with you.The mobile number used was 9821144580.Please have a look on this issue.

I have not received money refund ARA number srnd me again..my booking id is..PRL081RRVST.

I invite my friend on swiggy and he joined swigy and an order was placed but i didn't get any referral coupon.

I want to change my old phone number which is not in use. Or else close my account so that I can open new swiggy account. I ve only one mail I'd. So plese do help.

Around 3:02pm I had placed an order with Hangout cakes & more.that was a pineapple 1kg cake which arrived at 3:27pm.when we opened the package we received a cake which was completely damaged and not re-presentable . So I clicked the picture of the cake and forwarded to the swiggy customer department. Where I spoke to MR. Somit he insured me that the cake would be replaced and gave me the following order no 44619433005 and it will be delivered in 34mins (chat was done at (3:47pm) as well as he tld me that its my call if I want to return the spoiled cake or keep it.

Then I got a call from the delivery guy who handovered the call to the vendor. Vendor said that I can replace the half kg cake which costed 395. Where as I had placed as well as received 1kg cake amounted RS 765. I paid the delivery guy 770 which was completely paid through cash. Where as vendor refused to replace the 1kg cake only agreed to replace half kg coz it was the swiggy guys fault since in hangout menu 1kg option isnt available the swiggy guy paid him 395rs which was displaced in the swiggy app receipt. but delivered us 1kg cake and took entire 770rs also vendor as well as swiggy didn't provide us the receipt of the 1kg cake order.

In between this a lady called me from 7227032839 number and was so arrogant, manner less as well as illiterate to be in a customer service background and doesn't have any ethics how to handle upset and not-satisfied clients. She was forcing us to cancel the replacement order and later without are permission she cancelled our order and disconnected the line. So I called the customer service spoke to 3 people MAYANK, NEHA & Team leader Mr. NIKHIL so finally after having a long 2hr call the conclusion was no replacement and we will be provided their shitty coupons. Such brainless heads still think that after receiving a bad product, bad customer service we would still use their app.at the end its not about the money its about the time we wasted and the occasion was spoil.

Previously I used swiggy but due to some reasons I didnt use now again I want to use on same number but saying to use on new number but I want on same number.

My name is Sanya and I have been a valued customer to Swiggy. During past few days, swiggy and the customer care representatives are being very casual on the complaints that I have raised.

These are as under:

1. ORDER #47844427483 | Fri, Aug 2, 11:37 PM

This was ordered wherein I ordered 2 Veg rolls from 34 Chawrangee with mayonnaise and a double roll. In this I only received 2 single rolls and when raised to customer care, the response I received was apology for the inconvenience.

2. ORDER #48446550711 | Fri, Aug 9, 10:52 PM

This was ordered wherein I ordered 2 burger combos and the items were missing in that. When I asked the delivery boy, the response was very rude saying “ merko kuch ni pta, restaurant se check karlo”. Of I have to check with the restaurant- then why would I order from SWIGGY. When raised to Customer care, the response I received was apology for the inconvenience and after so many chats and calls, I finally got a coupon.

3. ORDER #49100605591 | Sat, Aug 17, 12:33 PM

This was ordered today wherein I ordered one Pao Bhaji and the delivery agent very rudely said “mai deliver nahi kar rha, ake lena hai to lelo” He also told me that he will connect me to his manager –PAWAN to which he had put my call on hold for almost 30min. I finally decided to contact customer care for the solution wherein ADITI took delivery boy in conference and he said the same to her.

Aditi even told him that IDs of Both will be blocked to which he said “kardo block, hum khud khulwa lenge”.

He even behaved rudely with me and the customer care agent- ADITI.

The delivery boy told me to cancel the order to which I denied. He then started shouting on me “ki mai deliver ni kar rha, mujhse baat mat karo, and customer care se baat karo”. I told him that I am in touch with Aditi who is from Customer care on which he again started Shouting.

The order was thus not delivered and again what I heard from Aditi and Shweta was “Sorry for the inconvenience”

If you guys have any type of call recording system- Please listen to the call and check how he was shouting.

There was no such response from the customer team to and Shweta bluntly denied and said we will investigate wherein Aditi herself had checked and asked the delivery boy to deliver to the mentioned address. This particularly spoiled my one hour today with no food and the response that I got again was “sorry for the inconvenience.

This was the 3rd and the worst experience for me. I ignored the first 2 instances in a hope that Swiggy will provide me the best in the next one wherein what I got was one more bad instance.

The delivery boy by shouting literally harassed me mentally because of which I couldn’t even say anything and only had to write this up to you all in a trust that something good may happen with me or someone else who may book with you all may face the same harassment.

In short, it has been THE WORST of the WORST experience being associated with Swiggy. Thanks to the team for never helping me out and for always using a robotic statement “Sorry for Inconvenience.” I have full trust in you all that no action was taken earlier and none will be taken now. I am happy to leave this right here with all grudges and no connection with Swiggy ever in my life.

Wish you all good luck for your future and I hope this company will grow one day and be customer centric.

Sir my id was deactivated,bcoz I haven't completed my shift, from last two weeks. I requested to plz change my shift, or if it's not possible,then give me a part time, Plz activate my DE ID -630653.

I am unable to login to on my account as it shows that the no. Was used 6 months ago... So I want to delete my account and again login with that same no.

Worst app...worst service. I have been waiting for my order and suddenly I got a msg of cancellation...what the f**k man. f you don't want to place order then Don't take.....and one more thing...my location was submitted but still they don't get that...the boy behaviour was soo worst when I told him that you are in wrong place...he was like you have submitted this address...and when customer service called me they told me my exact location but the delivery boy didn't want to listen.

I ordered red sauce pasta but i received mionese pasta instead of red sauce and the contents and texture of the food was so poor and was sweet in taste bt as I ordered a spicy red sauce than I must given that, not a sweet and poor texture of things. So I just want refund of my money as in form of discount coupon.

I want to deactivate my account, because I don't want any previous food order history in this account. one more reason that is, I tried to change name from profile account but there was no option. My account is showing a name, Roshan bawa but my actual name is navjot Kaur.
