Sir... I have a bike that has a bike for vehicles from 19/10/018 to my bike. I do not even have a connection with the DMS that I have been able to use my bike during the time of the AA that is going to show me a showroom. I have not been able to say that I am not able to do anything from DMS because I have to go to the automobiles, but I do not know how to do this because I can not do anything for two people but I do not know how to do it myself. When I say that I do not know what to say in my address, I do not know what is going to happen, I do not even want to call him, I do not even know what I'm doing because I do not want to go anywhere. I have a cash loan of 2 people. I have been asked to pay a visit, please help me if I did not even send a rc to the showroom and I did not get to my service. I do not think there is any reason why the staff of the automobile's staff does not know what they are doing.

Dear Sir,

I'm Alok Patra from Sambalpur, odisha- 768001,I have purchased a bike on Dt:20/07/2018 in cash from Sri Shyam Motor's Sambalpur(dealer Code: not available in bill ) having model Name:HF Deluxe , engine no:HA11ENJHC01039 Chassis No: MBLHAR233JHC00436 .

I have regular facing problem since 1st day after billing like:wheel & so-cub sound, spark plug short ,battery discharge ,chain loose ,start problem, etc ,but workshop manager not consider my problem & their technician told me that every thing is Okey( IN EVERY VISIT) now you can take delivery of vehicle but next day same problem occurred again an again . I have ran more than 20 times to the work shop regarding the problem from the date of purchase still facing the same problem .

The workshop manager had replaced 70% of the body part 1 by 1 like which are as follow

1-Wheel sound :-technician told after running of 20 to 30km it will be solved but the problem is not be shout out , after greasing & oiling ,in this process I visited 4 to 5 times than they decide to change wheel in 400km .

2-So-cub sound:- after tightening 3 to 4 time ,than they told me that the so-cub was bend , decide to change the so-cub

3-Spark plough short :-the problem still not short out, already replaced 4 spark plough with in 2 month due to lots of time I pushing my vehicle to garage .

4-Battery discharge with in the delivery of 1 week-for this I wait even a week to short out .

5-chain loose problem -Regularly occur-problem not solve-work shop technician told me that in every 400 to 500km you have tightening your bike chain

6-All accessories which I purchased from showroom are in rusting condition & look like not genuine parts .

7-When TSM(service manager) inspected my vehicle he told me to short out spark plough problem, now the vehicle is ok & he gave me the reason that your fuel is not ok but before saying that he refused to check the fuel tank that new fuel tank was been rusted in side,& the manager told me the reason that your fuel tank is always empty that's why your fuel tank is been rusting ,Is it kind of joke, when I shouted, they told me they also change my fuel tank in next servicing, but you take the delivery now .

finally ,when I complain about this matter to the owner Mr. Purusotam Sharma he told me that he can't do any thing REGARDING THE PROBLEM,& told me that you take your vehicle ,& have to come again & again for short out of same problem till the 5years warranty not over .This kind of attitude & servicing given by Shyam motor to me make harassment both physically & mentally .

Now I was totally feed up by mentally & physically & feel that I made very big mistake to buy a vehicle from hero moto corp. ,so I requesting you to please take my case seriously because I already faced lots of problem like bike pushing up to 2km,cant go office timely in absence of vehicle ,spending lots of time in your work shop due to which made effect in my job & cause my salary deduction ,now the showroom person launched a complain in police station against me that we repaired their vehicle & customer not taking the delivery,

So ,at the end I humble request to change the defective vehicle or the substitute parts, suggest me what to do as soon as possible .

Very bad sound of engine. Not good service. Hero is the very good company but not good servicing not good engine sound. and i 5 time complaint customer care and agency but hes no any response and bad behavior.

मैं आपका बहुत पुराना कस्टमर हूँ। मैंने अपनी गाड़ी की सर्विस Apex Automobile Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur में कराई थी। सर्विस के समय पेट्रोल ओवरफ्लो की कंप्लेंट की थी 4 बार दिखाने के बाद अभी भी ओवरफ्लो की प्रॉब्लम खत्म नही हुई। इन चार बार मे मैंने अपना 9 घंटे का अमूल्य समय दिया। और आपके सर्विस सेंटर पहुचने के लिए मैने चार बार मे 80 किलोमीटर की दूरी तय की। क्या हीरो मोटोकॉर्प का सर्विस सिस्टम इतना कमजोर है। कृपया ध्यान दे और मेरी प्रॉब्लम का अति शीघ्र जवाब देने की कृपा करें

जब हम सर्विस करवाते है तो सारी तकलीफे सर्विस मैन को बताते है मगर सब सही नही होती खाली धोकर हमे दे देते है, अगर मोटरसाइकिल की सफाई धुलाई करनी होती तो हम घर पर ही कर लेते, सर्विस में सुधार कीजियेगा। हम सन्तुष्ट नही है

Vehicle suddenly off for middle road. We call hero motor show room. But no some one take care supervisor. I will go for local garage. Very very worst company and staff.

Purchased my xpro at moolakkadai nagappa branch and i have self start problem. At the time of 2nd service informed and communicated to bring 2 days after, then it was delayed. Last week i sent my bike, in turned informed to send this week end after confirmation. Now confirmed to send on 16th before that we need to confirm again if spare available do the same otherwise they will inform to do further. Very poor service of Hero in all round developments like delivery of bike, other process of doc. issue and extreme of service issue now. sorry to inform this to you.

I am Basavaraj Bandai very old consumer having 3 bikes ...... 4 years back i have purchased Glamour FI ... Today i went to Nagshanti Motors Belgaum for some break issue .... Every time they are saying me to come tomorrow and they have put board like small issues will be resolved within 30 mins ...... And service center employees behavior is also not up to the mark and Service center room is also not maintained well and customer sitting room is also not maintained well.... Last time after service they have given bike without wash.

I went to the nearest Hero service centre at Manjeri,Malappuram dt., Kerala(pin:676121)which is working under Mark motors Perinthalmanna, Malappuram dt., Kerala. I went there the previous day morning in order to get rid of my Karizma ZMR V-2's tapet clearance and tapet noise. They returned my ZMR today evening. Actually I was really shocked when it was returned because the vehicle have a lot of damages on it, some of its body parts are broken, vehicle have paint on it here and there, oil and grease are spilled on my ZMR. The behaviour of the mechanic was really worse. One of their staff have told me that the whole mechanics working there are not working well. The body parts are not fitted properly. The tapet noise is not cleared.

Honestly I would like to inform you that this is for the first time I am having such a worsen experience with hero. Anyway, I need a proper solution to this problem as soon as possible. I hope you will be able to help me in a best way without hesitation and I am eagerly waiting for your positive response.

I have buy new Hero Glamuor on 14th-Apr-2019. Since the day i am facing problem regarding less Torque and Power not climb in height roads and flyover.

I have complained three times in concern showroom and service center but they not resolving my issue. The service technician is a also given feedback the bike clutch plate and gear have problem and need to replacement after that the service manager not resolving bike issue. Kindly provide positive response to change Engine because from the purchase day my bike engine torque and speed is bad. My new bike engine opened three Times by service team at service center that was not satisfactory for future.

इसी धनतेरस के अवसर पर हमने बिहार के स्वस्तिक हीरो एजेंसी की भभुआ इकाई से duke scooter लिया। स्कूटी चलने 4000 किलोमीटर के बाद से ही स्कूटी में थरथराहट ,जाम चलने ,कम माइलेज देने, तेल अधिक खाने लगी।जिसकी शिकायत भभुआ एजेंसी पर किये जाने पर कोई सुनवाई नही होती।फिर ने सर्व8सिंग कराई।उसके बाद भी कोई फायदा नही हुआ।जिसकी मात्र एक वजह यंहा कोई सिनियर मेकेनिक नही है।सब छोटे छोटे लड़के 3500 महीना वाले जो खुद सीखने आते है।वो सिर्फ मोबिल पलटी का काम जानते है।उन्हें कुछ भी नही आता उनसे ही काम लिया जाता है। उसके बाद पुनः कम्प्लेन पर एजेंसी के लोग सुबह शाम कह के टाल रहे है।अगर यही हाल रहा था जल्द हीरो कम्पनी खराब व्यवहार शिकायत पर करवाई नही आदि पर बदनाम हो जाएगी ।एजेंसी कम्पनी से ल9ग का मोह भंग ह्योग.

मैंने हीरो की एक्सप्रो 5 नवंबर 2018 को खरीद साल भर भी नहीं चला है गाड़ी का पहले इलेक्ट्रिक स्टार्ट खराब हो गया उसके बाद मैं सर्विस सेंटर में बनवाने गया बहुत कहासुनी के बाद वह बना उसके तीसरी सर्विस जब मैं करा कर आया तो मेरी गाड़ी का स्पीडोमीटर खराब हो गया था जो भी सर्विस सेंटर में ले जाने के पहले सही था फिर मैं दोबारा सर्विस सेंटर में गया तो वहां पर उन्होंने बताया कि आपका मीटर का वायर टूट गया है। और इस एस्पार्क प्लक ही खराब हो गया है जिस को बदलने के लिए वह पैसे की मांग कर रहे थे। मैंने कस्टमर केयर से भी बात की उन्होंने भी मुझे कोई सही जानकारी नहीं दी मुझे एक नंबर दिया इस नंबर पर मैंने फोन लगाया तो मुझे बताया गया यह नंबर गलत है.
