To get new channels
I have tried your customer care telephone numbers but when ever it put number it gives a replay that number is not working try after some time but for one month we are try i could not get your number when i searched in customer care there some numbers i have noted and tried with it there is no answer till now weather we should continue with your channel are shift to other channels are give correct telephone numbers and correct customer care numbers waiting for your reply.

Worst experience ever....no body is responding to the customer care no.since 3 days...network has gone automatically and nobody is there to rectify it... FEELING LIKE HELL.

I tried to contact Videocon customer care more than 100 times but the number y have called is busy busy busy worst service i never expected this is from Videocon company better to close there are number of companies to serve to the public i spent lot of valuable time this nonsense. People beware while choosing any product service whether.

isse jayad bekar service kisi ki bhi ni hai. aap customer care par call karo ya toh woh milega ni or mil gya toh koi bhi help ni hoti aapki bas bol dete hai sir 10min main ho jayega kuch ni karte yeh log.
Very very poor service
This is extremely disappointing that every week they ask to recharge account and shows insufficient balance though I recharge for one month. Using this service from past 3 years and facing this issue from past 3 months. It usually happens in weekend when you are free to watch TV but no channel showing active. Cant connect to customer care people and no response in email. Very very very poor service.

Plzz guys dont buy D2H. Its really irresponsible after taking your recharge. Even they will never respond your complain they want only money thats it. Customer care have 1000 excuses again your complain.

Call connection issue
Videocon network and customer care persons are very bad. first thing call not getting connected very easily me personally trying to videocon from last 30 days but call not getting connected. once I got customer care and I stated to share my issue that guy put me on hold for 10 to 15 mins then col cut this is very bad.
Second thing many plans getting activated without concerning to me and charges applied hence I am not happy with videocon.

D2h is very Bad service. din bhar service center se faltu call aate rahte he or faltu chanal add ker dete he or monthly pack ka charge bada dete. me d2h 5years old customer hu but ye log call pr call karte rahte he or jabardasti channel activate ker dete hai. mera hi monthly pack 285rs ka tha but ab 363 ker diya. Isliye to me d2h very bad service bas customer ko pareshan karte he..or kuch nahi.

I am not able to contact customer care. although i am using only one connection i am being charged too much.
No signal, no resonse
Your connection is very bad. Same with you customer service, there is no response. My DTH box does not show any signal. I have tried several times for help but the call never connect. Pls solve my problem.
56693501 dt 29/10 complaints
Complaints not resolved almost 30days after we are back from US. Rs 1188/ are pending with D2H. Please call.
