I have a royal enfield Reg NO TN33BQ 1567 Chassis No ME3U3S5C1613718 Eng no U3S5C1JA285580 on 24 jan 2018 from Senthil murugan erode, Right from the first service i gave the complaint of abnormal engine noise (tappet noise) now i have drove the bike for about 4500 km but still the problem is not solved.It is very much irritate while driving in a silent place. Please do take action to solve this issue.

surprised to note that the mechanics deputed in workshops of M/s Manmohan Auto Stores, Chandigarh are failed to sort out the genuine problem. The motive seems just to fetch the maximum amount from the customer. Royal Enfield must make frequent and surprised visits and think over to extend the dealership.

The engineers of Royal Enfield visiting workshop must be intimated to each and every enfield customer so that the problems are seen by them. Hope, the company will take steps to maintain the standard of the company and will accordingly issue directions to its franchisee.

I bpurchase 3.5 year before royal enfield 350 classic. my bike silencer broken on the road while driving reason was rust. company is not giving proper reply and speak to 18002100007 num also not proper reply . i m using bike and scooter from last 30 year even 35000 bike silencer is not going with rust. we are getting insult with royal name on the road product mistake customer going to suffer company is not responsible and service manager is not responsible. Only customer will pay then y should buy and suggest other to buy this bike only bcoz of royal name. i will drive like this with broken half silence people will the product

I bought ganesh chaturthi form a royal enfield 350 classic to dausa rajsthan. but after the delivery of my bike i was going to the temple to get but my bike broke down midway.i called the dealer they sent tow mechanic to me repairing the bike .but that my bike did not go well.i was very upset and that bike is not well.that's bike is tha manufacturing defect.i have not been satisfied in any way on be half of the dealar. I am in extreme me trouble.i hope u help me in the matter.i am very sad.your royal enfield company 's image is getting spoiled in this way.am not satisfied whit the dealership you set.my problem should be resolved other wise i will have to resort to consumer court.and royal enfield company and dealer will be responsible for all this situations. so pls you solve my problem.

Dear Team

On August 9 have took delivery of the bike. After 1st service. There are multiple problems came visited many times to service center. Every time they spend 1 hour & they say, they solved the issues.. But every alternative day issue is coming. Earlier there was problem with feul tank indicator, Now air block engine. I don't know what is happening...only 25 days old bike driven 400kms only.

I want clarity on my bike... Seems to be used one you sold to me. Kindly help else will go to consumer court & give feedback in social media. I lost my patience.

This is new bike or used one. Till now registration not done. I am not going to do registration also. This is pathetic.

Please solve my issue.

Hi,

This is what i'm Writing from my Bottom of the Heart. I had purchase my CLASSIC 350 in2014-feb. I'm Very happy until giving my vehicle to service to your Service center at chengalpattu, this is very pathetic Condition of your service. I have Given my Vehicle Service to SHIVASHOLAI MOTORS Chengalpattuthis month 11th , but Still i can't get my vehicle back from them. No one is responding there,  i went there to ask my vehicle position, they said pls wait, but i have waited more then 1.30Hrs  During my last 5 visit between 11-Sep to26-Sep-19,  Nothing response from no one. They are treating customers very Rough,I Spock there Mr.Sham (Manager) He said simply if you want you can take it out your vehicle without done service and all. this is the way to treating customers..?  Finely They Showed my vehicle on 27th-sep, I Asked bill they Given one bill Rs.9670 and additionally They asked Rs.3500 without bill. I asked them what is this , why should  i pay without bill, they said it for some Lathe work , Initially they said Rs.1800 only for that lathe work, but they are asking more amount now. I don't know what to do.

Seriously i'm very disappointed , My vehicle is my Precious Gift , its like  my baby. They are playing with my Sentiment . I went to heavy depression.  Kindly  look into this matter and do the Needful. I need my vehicle Immediately.

Worst customer service and the defective bike has been given to me. after all the two services as well the problem is not solved and now i want my bike to be replaced with new one. why should i get an defective bike.

I have to bring to your attention that my Royal Enfield classic 350 2014 model Chassis no. ME3U3S5C1EN140348 logo on the petrol tank has been started to peel of in a few months ago which I have not experienced in my previously used Enfield model. Within a span of 5years if this could happen I am really disappointed on the paint and sticker quality as the sticker is inside the clear coat it is not easy to replace with another sticker.Kindly take the issue as a serious concern and kindly do the needful as soon as possible. Dealership refused to help saying that after warranty period they cannot do anything.

Dear Sir/Mam,
I would like to express my disappointment at the satisfactory level of service. so I'm submitting this letter to your company and I was a great fan of royal Enfield bikes. So I purchased my bike on September 09/2019. I bought my bike from Royal automobiles ,Bhubaneswar. And my bike has runned 2500km only.

The reason behind to write this mail is ,on Date-30th August i have handed over my bullet at service center (Royal automobiles,bhubaneswar ) due to starting problem, as i was availed RSA facility, so insurance company has delivered the bike at service center ,there we found the battery is totally damaged, service center manager Mr Nayak has communicated to me that by friday 03rd of september they will complete the work.

But after 07 days also ,they have not delivered my bike ,even they are not responding to my phone calls, whatever the nos they have given, none of the mobile no is working ,even one no has picked my call, replied in a very arrogant way that we are not bound to pick my call.

I have a warranty of 02 years in battery and for a change of battery ,do u think it will take 07 days ? It's a very poor service provided by a company like Royal Enfield ,this is not an insult to the dealer ,it's totally damaging the picture of Royal Enfield.

investing worth 02 lkh for a bullet and getting such service is not worthy i think ,so from my side you plz take an initiative to handover my bike by tomorrow ,else i will not receive the bike at all ,i will be happy to donate the bike to your company in memory of ur poor service. till date after service ,they have not provided a single bill or money receipt to me ,even they are not giving to anybody ,always telling me they will send over mail and whats app ,but i have not received a single bill/money receipt till date .

So I'm requesting that you please solve my problem asap. attached the invoice copy, insurance copy, RC copy for your reference.

his is the worst experience I had from Royal enfield showroom BTM Bangalore after receiving the new bike within a 8 days the main two screws with connects the mudguard has not be torqued so I myself fixed and when I took the bike to the service and said the complaint they've charged me for tightening of grab rail ..I just need to know how can showroom guys deliver such kind of vehicle without inspection ? that too without torquing the main screws.

I don't have royal enfield bike but I like the style or all .. kintu ya Jo sound hei please 🙏 request app sab ko sound ka band Karo.
