Dear Hindware & Team,

Last Saturday (15.09.2018) I have order your product hindware alicia 75 chimney from Rasi & Co, Porur Chennai dealer. I received the product on the Monday (17.09.2018).

I thought I have order a brand new product of hindware, but in actual I got a old & unsealed product from the dealer literally I got surprise. How such a brand establish company allowing the dealer to sell the product like this which is creating a bad impression on the company. The next day I went to the dealer and explained about the scenario and the branch manager promised that the issue will be resolved by replacing the product with one or two days but till now I have get any update from.

I am unhappy with the hindware product & the service from your dealer which leads to losing your customer day by day in the long run.

Hope you understood the problem & take necessary action to resolve it ASAP, otherwise pls advise your dealer to refund the money.

It is almost one and half yeras we had purchased the dish washer. But from the very beginning the dish washer is not operating properly.

The utensils not getting dried properly.
The spot marks are coming on the utensils.
The water is not getting drained.
There is water vapor all around the utensils and all over even after 3 hours of washing is over.

After repeated calls and requests also people are coming but the problems still persist.
Even Mr Gaibinath Chatterjee , Mr Sumit, Mr Pradeep Behera all have come many times but my problem is not solved.

The timer also does not work properly. The timer setting fluctuates. There is a beep sound always even if the machine is not in service. We have called many times the Customer care. If the people from your company are not able to solve the problem, then I request to please replace the whole machine completely. I am facing a lot of problem buying this machine.

Problem in hindware cooler water pressure pump.

Dear hindware and team

I purchased your geyser (hot water) on 16 /09/2019. This piece is not working and your own engineer told for a replacement. He himself doesn't know the problem so I want a replacement till today no action is taken. This one is purchased at navel store's if this is the problem with the defence what about the common man. If this is the way of ur service you will loose all the customer's.

I purchased 19 in numbers of air cooler 85 ltrs honeycomb in Mar 19 from kotcher distributor Visakhapatnam Mob no 944042 8989. One of them was non functional and complaint lodged to customer care. Accordingly repairer visited the site and advised that motor needs to be replaced. There after I lodged 12 to 15 complaint to customer care since Sep 19 to till date through my regd mob no 8638167532. In turn customer care given the responsibility to technician Mr Abbas every time but he never contracted us or reported to site for replacement of said defective fan motor. In this regard I again interacted with sheller and he suggested to interact to area manager/supervisor Mr srinivashan Mob no 9642900555. Since Jan 2020 I am interacting with him also. But none of them are shown interest to undertake repair of defective cooler. Even some time says they will come as per their comfortability or ignored. Alternately I feel that they are not desirous to work and damaging the name of reputation of such bright coy. I would like to request you to kindly change them from the circle of coy and to assigned the said task to some other or Mr Kotcher distributor be advised to replace the defective cooler at the earliest. Because the cooler was purchased from his shop.

Dear Hindware and Team

I purchased your geyser electric 15 lt. capacity on 29/10/2018. Last 02 years I have complained more than 10 times for repair in Hindware and all the parts are changed including water tank also and still now the problem is persisting and now your engineer has told there is nothing to change in geyser and told for replacement. I had purchased the geyser online. There is no proper network to resolve the complaints in Hindware. I had complained on 21.10.2020 they send the engineer on the last day of warranty and closed it by them selves without resolving it.

Kindly arrange to replace the geyser at earliest.

I purchased your geyser on (07/11/2020). This piece is not working and your engineer told for replacement. He himself does not know problem so I want to replacement till tomorrow and engineer come 6 times till it is not working. this one purchased at canteen and geyser is giving poor response.

Your service is not satisfactory. The induction is not working properly. It is clearly mentioned over your product details that you will provide services within 24-48 hours bt its being 360 hours(15 days) we didn't got any response.

I have purchased in hindware essence 90 chimney.but oil collecter tray was damaged.customer care complaint date 3/4/21 call not response. area manager contact if Not response. My Complaint register no KAR 1441463. My complaint not solved. Please solve my replacement problem.

I have purchased hindware chimney nio 90 from flipkart 18/10/2021 and no one responding from hindware for installation. i called customer care no from last 3 days but they just aapka complaint register karliya gaya hai jald se jald resolve karenge. And take one no mr amit bisvas he is regions technical support but he can't attend call. Hindwares service is very hopeless, i suggest boycott hindware.

Our complaint is that the chimney of our fabric company is damaged, we have to fix it yaha sultanpur, maybe there is no Faber company store and no mechanic, please say Lucknow, any mechanic. Chimney code 812143212.

We bought 6+3 ltrs geysers bought from Indian navy canteen in the month of February -21. Repaired in the month of August. Not heat the water. Complaint made on 05th october-21, WHR no 1696409. Nobody came to me at the same time closed the complaint. Again complaint made on 13th December -21 with WHR no1839098.till date no body came to me. Water not heating. Heating coil burnt. We have in warranty period. Please replace the item or change the heating coil. The problem for 6ltrs geyser.

Dear sir, I have purchased hindware (atlantic) geyser from your outlet shop at Mangalagiri Town & Mandal, Gunturu District, Andhrapradesh about 6 months back. the Geyser is not working for the last 4 months, for which I have given complaint to your technician through your outlet shop. So far your technician didnot attend the site and not rectify the problem. I cam to know through some of the purchasers that you have sold damaged pieces and not given proper services to your customers.

I hereby given notice to you immediately on receipt of the complaint, if you did not replace the Geyser, you will be held responsible for the costs and consequences. Further I will be initiate legal action against the board of directors of the company and also issue notice to Registrar of Companies to hold the company license.'

Purchased two Ewcs about 10 months back and installed. surprisingly both the commodes developed cracks at the base in the same spot due to manufacturing defect. Pl replace both the units.Never thought that Hindware also manufacture substandard products and cheat customers. If not replaced I will approach consumer forum.

Hi,

I am suffering through geyser tank leakage and I have already complained regarding this but still, I am not getting resolvion.

There was an issue in my Geyser for that a technician from hindware came to my home. After checking the Geyser, he told us that there is a problem with the element of it and it will cost rupees 800 (without service charge). Initially I denied for it and after that he just reduced the cost to Rs.500 and also offered to me he will change the water tank in free of cost as it is in warranty period. But my question was how is it possible that the technician can change the element price with around 40% discount from the company rate. Still, I accepted for changing the element and paid 350 rupees(as a visit charge). After two days, another technician(from hindware) came to my home and started to change the element and then he said there is problem with something else also and asked for rupees 500 more to repair it (500+500+350 service charge to total is 1350). I denied again because the Geyser cost itself is rupees 1949. Then I went outside for checking (which was already opened by hindware technician) it and found that the actual problem was the leakage of the water tank, not the element or another problem. I found myself they fooled me as the water tank is coming under warranty. After all of these, I called customer care to complain about this but they responded to my call and acted rudely.

So many times, I called Customer care and lodged my complaint about oil leakage from the chimney, I purchased six months back. There engineer asked for Rs. 940/- for visiting charge initially. When I refused and told him that. why should I pay, once the product is in warranty period. They Closed the complaint. Again, I lodged the complaint on their helpline no. There engineer came and asked the cost of spares. I paid him the amount. But now more than a week is passed. No one has attended the complaint. I tried to approach some applet authority for my grievance. There is no email or contact no. available on the net. Feels, I have committed the biggest mistake by purchase a Hindware product.

I have pathetic Experience with Hindware product and Service.

I bought a Hindware Water Purifier in Nov 2020. After 2 Days Service Engineer visited my house to do the installation, And found that the Product was Faulty and it get replaced by Company in Next 7 days. I thought it happen sometime but it did not end here. Hindware started the game....

In Last 1 year, I have locked 4 complaint due to very poor performance of Product, and service was provided in week and sometime it took 2 week to resolve the case. Hindware has a tat to resolve the case in 24 - to - 48 Hours which seems to comes on the paper and on Sales person Mouth to pull the Customer but never executed on Ground.

The 2nd Last Service Complaint (Cmplaint No: WPRUZL19DL0001) I locked on 19th-Dec-2021 and got resolved on 02nd-Jan-2023 (it took 14 Days to Solve) and asked the cost of spares while product is in Warranty for 2 Year. The Engineer from "Arohi Service Cnter" a third Party Vendor of Hindware told that the Engineer Visit will be free in Warranty but in case of Part Replacement/Spare need to be fully paid by Customer or as 2nd option Purchase an AMC for Year which will cover the 0 depth Service(means no further cost need to pay for service and spare). So I paid complete amount of AMC for Year ( 3600 INR). When I asked for Receipt Service Engineer told I will get it from Official Emails. Since 2nd Jan I have called multiple time to Customer Care and Engineer Visited and Reginol Office but yet not received any Receipt for Same.

Now in just 2 Month the product again Malfunction ( whater overfloing) so locked the complaint on 9th March ( Complaint No : WPRUYC09DL0001) No one has attended the complaint or no Engineer visited yet cause thy are asking to pay a service charge and spare charge again even the product in Warranty till Dec-2023.

I have made the biggest mistake by purchase a Hindware product.

No service technician is available here. I complained since last 2 months, till technician is not present in my location.

No action taken. Totally failed. I suggest not to take by anyone this product. Complain no or email ID is working, but action is not worked totally. I regret why purchase this product.
