Videocon d2h network is toooooo bad. Customer care not answer the questions of customer and office also.

Yes, this is the worst service. No one is responding. I am also advising don't take videocon d2h. It's fraud company making us fool. They were not giving reply to the mail also. We have to complaint this to TRAI or consumer forum.

Worst ever service provider
Since last 45 days they have stopped their broadcasting and not even able to serve their customers through any of the channels. I already filed a legal action against them and switched to new service provider.
Request do not even think to subscribe for Videocon.. Biggest cheaters in telecom industry at present. Nodal officers are also not even seeing the mails it seems.. They are not bothered at all.

Please tell me how to change my rtn. Previous mob no i have not remembered. Again how to subscribe more extra channel. Customer care number is not connected. After reading all comments it is true that there is no customer care no in videocon d2h.

Worst service ever.bad customers support.and also always not able to see channels which already paid .and always their customers executives do argument and never accept their mistakes.. request to make their service better.

Videocon D2h :Yearly recharge 8000/- Looted; channels blank
Company does not seem to bother about their brand or reputation even when the customers are feeling and expressing they are looted. My wife has been following up with all possible Numbers found on the web site as well as Toll free numbers.
Calls from RTN are programmed to get auto disconnected while Calls from other numbers prompt you to provide your RTN and voice out your Balance amount & Customer ID [automated Voice Message] which is not asked for ; a second attempt from this non RTN would be disconnected. SHAME on them !!!!!!!!!!
Till date my wife has attempted more than 100 calls to Customer care & toll free ; added online other packs to my basic plan. SMS REF from both RTN and SMS REF <<Customer ID>> from non-RTN as displayed by the set top box but FUTILE.
My Mother & wife are upset about your Services 'Vediocon D2H' . they are giving every possible gaalis to your company & customer Care
its 3 months I am still on Basic Plan with my Balance dwindling for subscribing additional packs & channels only display a Pink colored broad Ribbon border with a Message "check for Balance or Subscription and Non SENSE irrelevant Message"
AS the data about the BALANCE & Subscription Options are available with D2H it is meaning less to display these messages. Though such messages thru mail notifications were appreciated when that was genuine , but not now when the intent is very evident.
Note : Business Runs on Trust. Business Runs on giving Good Services. Business Runs on Customer Satisfaction but not thru Cheating the customer or hurting the customers or when women give Gaalis. Loosing the market is easy than getting the trust back

Not getting star, zee and sports channels since 2nd march
Not getting Star, Zee & Spots Channels since 3rd March 2019 even though I have well before the expiry date. Customer care numbers are not at all working. If I don't receive all the channels including sports channels by today evening then I will approach TRAI and also consumer court tomorrow.

Yes true. This d2h connection is the worst connection i have ever seen. I am trying to call them since 4 5 days but not a single call has been connected and even they tried to call ur. Once the call was connected and there rubbish people told me to hold on and after 20 mins they just cut down the phone. My problem has not been solved and even none of there numbers are valid. Very disappointed with this service and will recommend other do not use this poor service. Thank you.

Few channels not telecasting customer id is 85035970
past two week i was trying to get vijay tv,and other channels which it was already telecating even i was connected with customer centre and they were replied will activated but still no telecasting.
