We had purchased two diamond bangles from authorised store in Ahmedabad in June 2018Went to USWithin one month of its use, one diamond has fallenExpect more to drop as sprockets may not be properNow Tanishq wants to repair and is not responding to return and refund of money Tanishq charges exceptionally high making charges( may be double than market)and I have paid due to brand image How can it deny the fact that customer has paid higher amount due to brand image Need support for 100 percent refund.

Sir/madam good after noon,

My name is Swati Jhala after marriage and before marriage Swati Tomar.

I have opened ghs 12m scheme of 5000/month. Vide account no.ABR/105056315/2016 enrollment date 28/10/2016 and maturity date 28/08/17. I deposited all installment in time but due to certain reason I am not able to purchase in the given time period of maturity. There after on 03/09/18 I reached at Tanishq showroom Sapna Sangita in Indore and I purchased bangles amounting to 1.86 lac and requested to deduct previous policy amount, but the sales executive told that it lapse and you can give bank account details for deposit of amount. I gave details as available with me to sales executive Mr Prashant there. I am having only SBI joint loan account number with my husband Bhupendra Singh Jhala, I had given all the available details to Mr Prashant. But till today my policy amount not credited to my account.

Further at the time of policy making your own sales man never ever discuss or explain policy time lapse consequences. But always been try to make customer of GHS.

This time also they force fully taken 5000/- and started another ghs12m vide tnd no.2492. Dated 03/09/18.

Now I am having doubt on Tanishq and it's persons, if your company is not giving my previous policy matured amount then how I hope for future investment or further purchase from Tanishq.

It is not only loosing customers believe but also spoiling big brand TATA name. If your company will not credit my policy matured amount then I promise not to purchase any thing from tanishq in future and also going to stop my current ghs policy in next week.

Please do needful at the earliest. My ghs money locked with Tanishq from two years.

I hv deposit 100000 Rs. In tanisqe freezer Road patna through passbook and purchased jewellery approx 1,07500 rs. dt 03/12/18. but not given discounts of making charge on occasions of my anniversary dt 23/11/18. Because I don't know about Grace limit period 15 days is left after my Anniversary dt 23/11/18. I told staff before collection bill nd jewelry but staff told Bill is generated. So plz give discounts. Nd contact me 9308885325.

We have one of the worst experience by purchasing a jewellery from the outlet at Seasons mall magarpatta. We purchased a Diamond earing. which was of substandard and we realized that when my wife wore it for first time and the diamond felled within an hour of purchase. When I asked for the return/refund/repair the manager at store asked me to go to Bund Garden which was too far from where I stay and not possible to visit.

I have sent many mails and visited store in Chembur (where I opened GHS account) on issue of debited amount not getting reflected in GHS account. I am writing here as the issue is persisting since Sept 2018. Till date no concert response from your team nor trace of debited money. Not expected from Titan.

I am really shocked and astonished by ridiculous behavior and fraud/cheating by employees of Tanishq outlet at shipra mall, ghaziabad.. they are real fraud and cheaters who just play with customers sentiments.plz plz check hefty hidden making charges which is levied by outlet which is highest among all jewellers, Staffs are not co-operative and real fraudsters. Don't give ur ornaments for exchange without properly checking and be v serious and attentive when they melt ur exchanged ornaments.they are real thief at shipra mall outlet and will put onus on you only as get they document signed.

I am a regular customer of Tanishq. I bought a diamond ring (0.34o carats) on 28/1/2019 from Serampore, Hooghly paying 104731 as there representative asked me to buy because of good offer and good investment. I remember in june or july I visited again to check the value at same store they took my ring from me and after some time said vale around 80000 and asked me to resize it as it was tight in my finger, i agreed they took diamond ring and made that little looser to my finger, this is recorded in cc tv in the store. Last month I visited barasat Tanishq store to check value they valued it around 89000. Today i visited Serampore Tanishq to value and sell it. Now the drama started the store personal saying that I it looks rings size has changed, amazing lies, asked me to handover ring to them to send to factory to check diamond clarity and it will take 7 to 10 days. They were denying that they resized it. i asked to check cctv records. They putting finger on terms to me to read. My question is on what basis I handover them my diamond ring as they denying everything what they did. I asked them that I want to talk to store manager, he was not available. they can not check diamond but they can sale diamond to customers just providing a piece of paper about clarity. We are tax payers investing for emergency money, but i totally loose faith on the persons there in the Serampore store.

I have visited to purchase rings but one sales girl made me to purchase necklace the same time wanted to exchange my gold..she took other person help his name is Mr.Kailash he was explailed no deduction..after melting its huge deduction...when I asked him he was failed to explain me properly..I realy fed up such kind of cheating in Tanishq being TATA brand and person is very rude instead of explaining the process he was arguing with me plz look into this I don't want to see his face next time.

Hello,

I have paid an installment of Rs. 5000 on August 4, 2022.

I came to know from the customer care team that it's a failed transaction, so amount is going to refund. And I again paid the amount of Rs 5000 for the installment as they assured me that I will get my money back before 18 Aug.

I raised the issue several times to the customer care and every time I am getting a reply that "Our team is checking soon you will get back with the resolution".

I have checked with my bank also no amount has been credited. Also I am attaching the copy of the account statement for your reference. I didn't received any refund till now.

This is really unacceptable and unpleasant.
So now I am stuck and didn't expect this kind of after sales service from a brand Tata, we trusted most.

I want my money back.
