Service issue
I have been using since last 4 years.. but last couple of weeks facing network issue.. now there is no response from customer support. Not getting signals
I have recharge my d2h connection but not getting the services and ur poor customer care service.
All channel unsubscribe by Videocon without information
Videocon has unsubscribed my all the channel without any prior information. Even I have call the customer care and touch with your customer care executive Mr. Honey.
He said that system is not working. Hence he was unable to check anything. Therefore I have tried to call on your customer care number after some time , which is always busy and, If some time unfortunately it connected then your executive give some unusual excuses but did not provide any appropriate solution.
I really disappoint with your wast service and your customer care executive.
Hence it is advise to improve your quality and service towards your customer. Else there are so many competitors are able in the market who are giving many officer and providing better service than Videocon.
Kindly take necessary action and provide the appropriate solution if possible.

Very very very bad service, Not connected customer care support. And other not customer care number. Please shut down this company.
Not able to connect customer care
Using d2h services from long time but having issues in signal and moreover not able to contact customer support it's very very difficult services are getting poor day by day .. every month we face problems in signals or setup box could u please share where we can complaint n get the resolution.
Recharged but no signals
Worst service. Customer care numbers are only for show and formality. All the time recorded voice of busy. No response from anywhere.
