Pathetic customer service
Your service is pathetic, there are no customer care number u can get through. How the hell does one solve the problem.some channels don't work, repeatedly we have sent mails ... THAT DOES NOT HELP... WE NEED A CALL BACK...TO FIX IT.

Recharge done before 24 hours but service has been not available
My number is 982623333. My videocon d2h recharge has been successfully recharged before 24 hours.. But services are closed. Television screen shows insufficient balance now.. But company shows me balance in my account. I will try to talk customer care.. But no response till one day. What can I do??

Undifferent attitude by service provider
Videocon D2h has possibly the worst after sales service. I have been complaining about the lack of signal for the last few days but after the complain is registered, the technicians keep rescheduling as per their convenience. Today also i logded a complain againt my ID 222089845 for the lack of signal, but again the complain has been rescheduled for Monday. Sorry to say ..but This is possibly the worst kind of customer service.

D2H service worst service provider
I think they are the most incompetent market players. Cheaters of first order. Even after recharging the account on 8th Feb 2019 , the recharge took 4 days to restore. Now again the renewal date was March 5th..don't know by what benchmark this date was given ,channels cannot be viewed.. stopped altogether on 1st March 2019.Topped it up with Rs 500 but to no avail. Sms sent ,mail sent. No response given. Customer care numbers that we have are unreachable, They don't get connected at all. It is highly frustrating. I am raising a complaint now at consumer court as well with TRAI.

About unseen channel and no activate customer care no
When I called to customer care number about unseen channel there is no responsibility from company then I recharge today worth rupees 200. But problem is continuing. please reply.
