My register mobile number is lost so how i change register mobile number? My d2h monthly pack is 215 rupees but this month i recharge my d2h account 215 rupee but all channel is lost. D2h dont show me any channel.

No response from customer care people....we are recharging our account before due date...but suddenly you people stop the channels....so I am thinking of change my service provider and I will definitely complaint the customer court for your hopeless services.

This service is very bad. my account already recharge Rs.300/- but channels is off. No customer service numbers works.

I have recharged my Videocon D2H on 7th March 2019 by 510Rs. My pack is Diamond Sports Combo 441 Rs. And I have activated the total Bangla Package. But one of the channel number 813 ABP Ananda is not working since 7th March 2019. I have complaint so much times but the channel is not working till now. Plz my problem is solve immediately. I have been able to pack up to 220 when I have a family pack, I do not have enough channels, but my media channel has not been given 100 rupees and there is no other way to recharge. I only have a balance in the channel so that I do not have any channel, I do not even have to play any channel or I do not even have my rtn no why should I still be able to send my email id to my.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have recharge my d2h in feb with 475 rupees for one month.As per menu next recharge to be due on 22 march.but service stop on 10 march. We recharge with 537 on 11 march but it will be finish with in 3 days i.e. 14 march.How its happen. Also no customer care officer reply for the same always mention that due to technical issue we can not help. Let me confirm what is the reason behind them.

I have send my relatives from Raghavendra layout, garvebhavi palya to majestic bus stand hardly about 16km your driver rounded city for 43+km and charged 1121rupees is it fare for a multi national company.

I had called your customer care nos. today, regret to inform you that half of the nos are either switched off or not working, when i finally got connected to your customer care officer they where not able to pinpoint the cause of problem but rather insisting on upgrading my set topbox.

My customer id is 190924472. And i hve recahrged my id with 300 rs but it does not shows any channel. plz.. sort it out as soon as possible.

From the last two months facing so much of problem regarding recharge my connection. Last month after so much of struggle able to do that. Now facing the same problem. Online not working for ala carte and customer care always busy. Whole day keep on trying to get the customer care no.but all in vain. Kindly help. only becoz of this I discontinued my second connection.

I can't seen channels on my tv which i had chosen so please checkk it out what was going wrong. My customer id is 88334655.

My complaint is that we are not able to see the Sony company channels. If you have cut this channel then tell us or text us. Sony channel is very imp for my kids please do it fast otherwise we will report.

Very worst d2h service you provide us .I Am trying to contact customer care but any contact number does not responding. My sports pack has already recharged But not displayed from 4 days. You should be shame on yourself.
