How to change mobile number? dont no how to do recharge with pack select and so many mesg not got confirmation mesg. we made top-up our account 244 few channels are disconnect but we made payment also channels got disconnected trying to connect customer care toll free all numbers switch off incorrect number very poor service... Chi shame on Videocon.

I have top-up my account but colours and all channels switch off poor service.

The cc service is worst. no professionalism, absolutely work management. The portal is never works. When you request for call back, you never receive.

Very bad connection I have ever seen. After recharge the said amount by the company I have not seen the channels I have been paid for. Very bad and most worst tv connection I have seen yet.

Worst company on the Earth to provide services. None of the call center phone actually work ,they just need money from recharges but will never start the service or will renew the service. They will cut off the channels and service as they want and when you will try to reach call centers your call will never be answered. These is the trap Videocon... will be shutting down it's operation due to CBI inquiry on it's boss. Will never recommend Videocon to any of friends and family or any one the world. If your a videocon customer than kindly switch to another operator.

Every time I called to customer care always the same answers that there is a technical problem pls try after some time. this is not the first time m getting this answer whenever I call first of all I have to wait for 15-20 min saying that all executive are busy try after sometime & after connecting them answer is technical problem cant resolve now, pls try after sometime. This is the service. Very poor performance.

As per my plan subscription will over on 12th March and post that I can create own package which I want.but all of sudden most of the channels are throwing E16-4 error even when balance is there in my account. i tried to call to service center but most of the numbers are useless. Worst d2h I have ever seen.

I have also recharged my d2h account but last 2 days not show channel call to customer care but not responding and also mail customer care but no result.

This is no 1 worst dth service in India. i call tried number of times but any customer care people not pickup my call. this is very poor service, i will try airtel dth.

I am trying to call from feb 29th but no response worst experience ever plz revert back no channels are working everything is getting disconnected instead recharge of 377.

Talked to customer service agent named Swetha, very rude after trying to connect to customer service over an hour the CS agent (Swetha) says now it's busy call after 30 mins. What a pathetic service from D2h. Not impressed at all.

I tried many time regarding solve my issues bt the numbers not working. very very very worst service of videocon company.

How ridiculous person they are no service is working at all no connection built with customer service till now i advise leave Videocon d2h and subscribe another service provider.
