We have 4 Jio connection in may family and approx 200 connection at our village. No signal issues at our village that's our problem. We have facing the problem last 6 months. Screen shot attache also. So our humble request that please improve signal and help us. I hope your network Service Team will be contact with me.

I have data uses issue and nobody help me. I called customer care, nobody take my complain of data uses issue and told me sorry to help. I if anyone told me my data uses timing and how many data uses 18 to 19 February my problem resolved... why they not told me i want answer and while taking complain told me I take a complain. when I ask for complain number they don't give me complain number I force him then he gave.. he said to a message received complain number but no message received.

I am Rajesh R using Jio Number 7907064510, i have a complaint about internet connection. Always my internet range will be low. When I complained to customer care they inform that the work is progressing ...from last 1 year I heard the same answer.. It's only in the last days of my offer expiry but I was always recharge before my offer expiry. kindly take necessary action for this.

Don't purchase gio sim .... It have very bad network as compare to Airtel...
I am using gio , but due to it's network range my company fire me told me you have very bad internet connection.....Jio Are pagal company. Not taking customer first they required Paisa more as compare to their service.

From past 1 year the internet is not working properly. Itsd not working in our locality. My house and surrounding area does not have internet during the day and we have to go to another place to use the internet. Jio & reliance company are looting peoples money, they are only taking all the money from the customers but not giving any service. My only request to the people is that they should use any other company's SIM, do not use Jio's. I will also get it ported to some other company.
