I bought splendor plus on 10 oct 2018. Now battery and self do not work. Hero gives third quality parts and service. Do not buy hero bike. Have no any customer complaint number and mail ID. Hero do not solve the problem of customer complaint.

I purchased a hero scotor name destiny 125 on 23 December 2018 and till today 16 January 2019 i am not yet registered and a guy said the u r registration done now u will get u r no. Plate 1 month from now. I am very disappointed from hero staff they people are rude, don't care about their customers even they don't offer seat to sit, very poor coordination between the staff and sections they people are blood suckers each time u go standing like a fool no one is there to help u. I suggests that not to buy any hero vehicles.

I have HERO PASSION X PRO bike bought from RAMAN AND RAMAN KUMBAKONAM. still now I'm giving my bike company service only. Today Morning 8.30 am I'm leave my bike on service center after completing service no one inform to me. Evening I was called to service center that person said we are not call back you. Nowadays service is going to poor condition and receiving customers also.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have done my bike service at Singla Hero workshop (Maya-Puri) last month on 28.09.2019. As instructed by Supervisor (Mr. Vikas), have replaced all those necessary parts that need to be changed during services. Within a week i have to visited again as my bike RPM is warming up and its choke wire also not working, unable to understand what they had did in service. Although i have visited 2 time to repair and replaced but they have shortages of the parts. Evan they assured me that they will call me when it is available but 2 week passed away, there is no call from their ends. Today when i am about to go for office, my bike was not start. I am unable to understand either start to push my bike and take to Maya Puri workshop from Dwarka Sector 8 or get repaired from local mechanic. I have did regular bike service from Hero work shop. But this time i have faced such a disgusting problem which i want to share with you people.

I had did regular bike services at Khanna Maya-Puri for the last 10 years but first time i have did my bike regular service at Singla Work shop with such a worst experience. This experience felt me that a customer like me should never buy or go for service at Hero Motor. It is like a bad dream that i have spent approximately Rs 5000 for my bike service but it stop to play over a month.

Thanks a lot for such a cheated valuable support & service.

I have serviced my bike twice at Kasidih service centre (Union Bikes-Jamshedpur) but from the beginning there is a annoying sound coming from the front part from my vehicle which they are unable to fix. Mechanic tell after tightening leg-guard that it is resolved & kindly ride for some day.If you find any problem then come to me directly. As the are inefficient to solve my problem I was compelled to go there again and again. This Sunday I went there. They didn't touch my vehicle till 2hrs. Behavior of head mechanic is also not tolerable. So I came back. Is it the service quality of Hero moto corp? Only tightening the chain is not called periodic servicing. There moto is only to change the engine oil. Then even dont have proper knowledge to examine a vehicle. Kindly suggest.

I was purchased a Hero glamour BS6 bike, before 2 month. From day one I am facing the issue (starting problem, start auto stop after running of 20-30 km, overheating, heavy noise coming from engine, Improper clutch setting. I have shown to servicing center 6 - 7 time within two months, but still problem not solved. Dear name- singla service center, Mohan Copr. , opp. NTPC Badarpur, South Delhi - 110044, Look into this matter.

I am a customer of you electric Bikes. This for your information that very short period my adapter found faulty. I have send it to your dealer Balaji Motor (Kolkata) on 20-10-22, but still date they are not return the same, and they have no information when I got the fresh adapter. At present I am helpless, I can't understand when I use my bike.

I have a new bike hero splendor plan to mannargudi branch but mannargudi arihant motor showroom sales executive very very worst response, irritating speech proper details not given. pls take action on this executive.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the performance of the motorcycle that I recently purchased from your esteemed company. I regret to inform you that my new motorcycle, which I purchased on [03 DEC 2022](ENGINE NUMBER- JA07ABNGK03628) VIN- MBLJAW179NGK03905, from TARAKESWER SUPER AUTO,TARAKESWER ,HOOGHLY is not functioning properly, despite being in the early stages of its usage.
I would like to bring the following issues to your attention:
1. Electrical Malfunctions: Another major concern is the motorcycle's electrical system. I have experienced repeated instances of electrical failures, such as the headlights flickering or completely shutting off while riding, the turn signals failing to function correctly, and the battery draining quickly, even after being fully charged. These malfunctions pose significant risks, especially during nighttime riding or in heavy traffic situations.
2. HYDROLIC PROBLEM ALSO.
As a customer, I find this situation highly unacceptable, and it has caused significant inconvenience, dissatisfaction, and concern for my safety. I request immediate attention to rectify these issues. I kindly ask you to take the following actions:
1. Repair or Replacement: I expect the company to promptly repair my motorcycle at no additional cost. Alternatively, if the issues cannot be adequately resolved, I request a replacement vehicle of the same make and model, which is free from any defects and performs according to the expected standards.
2. Extended Warranty: Given the persisting problems and the inconvenience caused, I request an extension of the warranty period for my motorcycle. This would provide me with assurance and coverage against any potential future issues arising from the manufacturing defects.
3. Compensation for Inconvenience: The persistent issues with the motorcycle have caused me considerable inconvenience, including time and effort spent on multiple visits to the service center. I request fair compensation for the time and resources I have expended due to these issues.
I expect a prompt response to this complaint, outlining the proposed course of action to address the problems with my motorcycle. I am confident that your company values its customers and strives to maintain a strong reputation for delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service.

hero passion plus is having fuel indicator problems. The digital indicator showing wrong information about fuel. I have visited many time show room Dealwel Automobiles, Nampally, Hyderabad but no help, for that i am facing problems. I hope authorities will take action and changes the indicator.

As per me Glamour Fi Bike is 3rd class bike never go with hero motor. Zero Rating Bike and Quality in bike is pathetic. After sales service centre will not be able to give best service after sale of bike from showroom.
