I am trying to call on 9115691156 since last hour. but it shows me that, wrong number you have to called.

Sir my set top isn't working its services are not working pls start the services again and start our set top box.
No channels activated
My customer if 21201722. I have opted for certain new channels as per the new trai guidelines. I have already made the payment for the same. Now from 2 Feb onwards I am unable to view any channels even after a recharge of Rs 400. It has been more than 5 days that I am trying to contact the customer service, but no one responds. Two times they responded and assured that my channels will be activated in an hour or so but it has been a couple of days past and still I am unable to view any channels.
So much of frustration and for paying the amount this is what you are serving the customers with. In another two days if my channels are not getting activated i better surrender your connection.

Very difficult calling for customer care service number

Not working
From past 3 days my d2h not working and I am calling to customer care lines were busy from past 3 days... even I mailed to customer care no one is responding or calling us back. pathetic service from videocon d2h they dont value to customers.. still waiting for their response.

Worst experience
From tomorrow i have been trying to call but customer care is so busy that even my 12 hr has been wasted but the call has not been received. I have recharged 400 on 11 feb and only free channels i am getting to see.
Call me as soon as possible on 9011730274/8999954349 otherwise just take your setup box or else i will break it by myself.
Just got the call connected and the person even don't know how to talk and when i said i have to talk to higher authority the he is not responding and finally he hung up on my call. please at least provide them some training on how to solve the customer issues.

Service fault
My d2h signal failed. So I registered a complaint on the same. One person came for servicing and got the signal. We paid Rs 500 as per that person's request as service charge. Again My d2h renewed on 12/01/2019. But on 13/01/2019 connection failed. I register a complaint on the same day on customer care. We don't get the connection till now since 1 and a half month. After we recharged why it is happened? Where is the error? I called the customer care whenever they told the hours till now we don't get the connection. Is there any responsibility for the videocon for this type of cheating? Understand the problem and kindly do the needful immediately. No one responding on customer care numbers
I am trying to call for last 7 days for my dish relocation request but on customer care number i am not able to speak to any customer service operator as i get message that all our customer representative are busy and after some time of waiting call gets disconnected.
