Pathetic service. Not able to reach to customer services executive after trying for 2 days now. Website is horrible and highly confusing. I tried selecting my own channel but does not looks to be working. Just another looting company and making money from common man. Horrible.. made a big mistake by paying them in advance. Waiting for that money to get cleared off to see if I can get a more genuine and cheaper service provider.

I am use in many years videocon d2h service very pathetic and app poor many time call in customer care but not proper answer and recharge not show at the time. I will say many consumer please not buy Videocon other option good tata sky, airtel d2h

So pls. Very bad and pathetic service provide.

Why they are in business, I don't know? there website is not working properly unable to login, App same, customer care either busy or it disconnect automatically. Worst, pathetic and poor service quality. I request d2h customer care, if they don't want customer, they can let us no directly.

Videocon D2H has really very poor services. Not competent staff to deal with customers. Neither they are able to deliver the service not to speak politely even though they regularly disconnect the call of the customers. They really don’t know the pathetic condition of the sufferer. Even after paying lot of money to D2H unable to get the appropriate services.

Yes... This is worst service provider. I am having network issue last 2 month, company is not cooperating. Their care no. also not working.... now I think to go to consumer forum.

Trying to call customer Care number since 3 days... all nos showing on d2h website are not connected... 3rd class Service by d2h.

I have never seen such a worst service before where the toll free won't work. Not able to reach any of the numbers. Number of times u people will set a reminder call to though will be busy or in driving .But when I recharge it will never show immediately and to reach your contact center will never reach. Most worst experience.

Videocon has worst service of dth....Company is so irresponsible that their customer care number is not working I m trying from last 4 days...But no response.

Company is deducting money according to their wish. They activated plans according to their wish... Let them deduct money for this month from next month's I going to change and get JIO services.

Yesterday I had recharged though Paytm but Tv is not coming still it's showing insufficient balance and I keep calling customer care phone is not connecting it's a busy, very worst response and I sent mail as well no response.
