We have purchased recently in March last week, 2 HP KSB make submersible Pump and dipped into well at Dharmsangh, Durgakund Varanasi.

Since last evening it is not throwing water. An early support needed.

We purchased submersible pump 1.5HpKsb1200940292035 and one submersible pump starter on 20 may2018. from Puneet sanitation,Mohibullapur, Sitapur road.Lko. Yesterday when I started pump it is not throwing water, voltage is good enough, 220 volts. Please send your engineer to solve my problem.

I recieved a motor from Garrison Engineer, MES, Danapur cantt. and transporting to Your service center -INDIA ELECTRIC WORKS, JAMAL ROAD, PATNA (BIHAR), he rewinded it and doing also necessary leth works as his desire,after repaired motor was installed,first the connection was not proper,the motor running only in delta ,then he said no problem be continue,The motor was burnt within a Months,the second time same given for repair on 3rd July 2018,now till date not repaired.Please help me to get rid of this problem.

we recently brought the KSB make above mentioned pumps through the authorized dealer of M/s. Vikas enterprises,Chennai. But the pup was connected in the existing bed and checked working and taking high amps.Immediately we switched off and convey the problem to the concern supplier.I could in get the proper response in past one week.Kindly look in to solve the issue in the reputed problem.I this regard your action is highly appreciable.

Once again i have to remember, GRT hotels and resorts is the one of the senior most customer for the KSb in past 20 years.

We had 2 nos of KSB WKS 50/8 &MUTITEK 100/5 2 NOS. But for indenting spare so we required manuals of above both models pumps. Pl kindly send us soft copy of manuals.

Pl registered our complaint 2 hp Submersible pump SL no 1201172727037 dt 22.10.18. Not working e-121 sector 9 new Vijay Nagar Ghaziabad. purchase from jayveer pump store.

Sir please don't use new technology of UK United kingdom and Germany plan to spoil ksb water pumps in India. Sir please save our ksb water pumps in India.

This is for your kind attention that we have purchased one KSB make Submersible Pump motor set, (model - CORA 7C / 10+ UMAI 100-1.50 / 22.2 HP, Batch 1200628339012, HSN - 84137010) from your Distributor, M/S DEBSON PUMPS PRIVATE LIMITED of 14, Bentinck Street, Kolkata – 700001, vide invoice no CM312/17-18 dated 15.03.2018, invoice copy is enclosed herewith.

Now after 10 (ten) month from the date of installation, we are facing critical sound problem. Actually at the time of start the said submersible pump getting critical sound (like = BHATANG), with vibration in the pump motor & pipe. After that it is running normal & soundless.

Also note that our above referred submersible pump motor set is still under warranty period.

Kindly arrange to send your service technician to visit our below mentioned Apartment where the said submersible pump had installed, as soon as possible.

I have purchased a 2 hp submersible pump on 20th july.2019 from Allied Pumps at Bowbazar, Kolkata. 12, Kapalitola Lane, Bowbazar, Kolkata - 700012, Opposite Hare Street P.S. through Amit Mart at Ankurhati checkpost, Howrah (Model cora 7D/10 sl no-1200987186003, manufacture date February,2018.) but first time during installation motor is not starting, I think due to ageing stock it is not working properly.

So requesting you to solve this issue by send your technician to home address. looking a positive feed back from your end.

I have purchased a 1.5 hp submersible pump on 02.04.2021 recently in April,21 from Jagannath Hardware at Belur, Howrah. Near Lalababa College, now a days it is not working and throwing the water properly and lifting a little water to the tank as a result for long time it is running and as a result there is a risk of burn the motor and also consumption of electricity charges.

Submersible pump purchased in March2021, now not working not throwing water.

As of I am a sole proprietor of a shop and I purchased ksb pump from Gadia sales in 2021. Then i sell it to a consumer than two days before the pump is not working properly than consumer file complaint against the problem and the engineer comes and check the pump. after checking the pump he write on letter to replace it after that consumer went to us for replacement than we sent it to gadia sales. they refused to change it and behaved rudely. so my experience is worst with this. I sell many companies pump but this is worst. so I request to higher authority of this company to take action against them and my pump is in warranty period so they have to change the pump otherwise I take an action agains the company in consumer court.
