I have a problem to change pack videocon infinity app. Is fake or not working several time try to OTP but no OTP send on my number. i am very frustrated with videocon d2h no customer care no. is working. SO I ALSO CHANGING MY SERVICE PROVIDER.

Channels are not playing showing insufficient balance however i have recharged Rs.500 two days back but still not playing channels...and not one is picking up phone on Customer care. I am totally fed up with your service and make my mind to quite your service.

We have got a videcon connection in Mysore, but now i am transferred to coimbatore. now i have fitted the d2h but i could not not recharge since i do not have customer id we nave only the card no 10317291143 . we used to recharge with this no 169238473 at mysore, yours is a treputed concern i have got the connection, but now if i cant recharge it is wate of money, i want to know whether i have to buy fresh connection for every state. kindly help us in this regard.

Hi,
I have been a regular customer of DTH since last 3 years. I have done my recharge one hour ago and have not been able to see the channel yet and I have switched my setup box at least 10 times when trying to talk to customer care If I am doing the call is failing there and whenever the number is reached then the busy tells you try it by and their helpline numbers are also changing constantly. DTH service is providing this videocon. to all people throw away their canopy.

An amount of RS 400 has been deducted from my recharged amount on 2.12.18. On enquiry it was learnt that it is towards installation charges done in June 2018 which I had already paid to your technician when he visited for installation in June. Despite my repeated complaints at Supervisory level several times the issue still remains the same unresolved. I earnestly request you to resolve the problem n see that the amount of RS 400 refunded to me. Hariharan

I recharged on jan17th for one month package but u deactivate on 07.02.2019. i need only tamil channels if it is some other package please deactivate and activate tamil channel package only. pls send the confirmation of package through my mobile number 7339102204. now also i recharged for sum of rs.175 on 18.02.2019 but my channels are not coming. please check.

customer care number 9115691156 also not working how we will contact you. if i contact customer care number some one talking in hindi language, most of the peoples knowing only tamil or english. pls take this subject also. arrange for tamil communication also.

Since the TRAI implemented the guidelines. The service provider Videocon D2h are just hell. Even after 19 days over there call centre numbers no added nor they are sufficient to resolve or upgrade customer service. All paid channels are locked and evev after 100 calls even I am unable to get connected with call centre to resolve my query. However surprisingly their website has also good for nothing. Their call back option ised 5-6 times and still the call back awaited.

Overall the service provider don't care about the customer suffering. Entire team of call centre and customercare @d2h.com is filled with the useless people. Over 29+ mails send with all details and issues but these useless guys just reverting formal repeated reply to all my mails.

I have repeatedly tried to contact your customer care but failed to have a contact. I want registration for Videocon D2h Silver Plus Combo pack of Rs.243/-. Please ask your representative to contact me by email or No. +91-8349722790 for confirmation of my request.

Not ready to change the pack on call no support...language also no option for hindi or English.
