Videocon d2h is very bad service and almost any channels automatically activated. And customer care contact number always switch of not any not any help and not any information correctly.

As from feb 2109 videocon service is not good i m not able to contact your customer care. its always engaged and i am not able to watch all channels according to my base pack and monthly pack, also gets over before the month get complete. who ever is your customer care can contact me on 8097368891 or provide me the appropriate channel list, so that i can continue your service or i have to look for better option.

My customer ID no. 191165056 and my mobile no. 7988554734 my connection not start recharge already. your company phone not connected solve my problem.

Can't connect to the customer care, very bad service. Yesterday I recharged 400/- but they r showing 12 rupees in my account. So I have planned to go for another one .not with the Videocon . Plzz improve your services and give some value to your customer. Very disappointed with D2h.

My sony family pack or star plus not activate since 15 days. Daily I try all the d2h web site but it doesn't activate every time customer care told try again try again. I think I will change my connection to other company.
