Very bad. Your employee is not able to give satisfied answer, always offer only excuse i requesting for my id 184428447 not working after recharge. I call many time but no any valid response from your call centre operator saying sorry sir i can not help you this time.

I am still not able to see any progress on my issue. More than 10 days my videocon is not working . No channel is not coming.

Customer care number is not working. App i have added my channel preference not working.I am totally frustrated with D2H .I need to think another option. can someone call from yr side to understand the customer's problem.

I recharge my dish today but there is no channel showing in my tv.....i m trying to call customer care but always hear this no does not exist... please contact on my RTN 9456366619...my id 154812429.

I am not able to change from my existing tarrif plan.....when l am looking to change the plan the massage which I am getting is there is a technical error contact customer care......not able to get required assistance from your customer care team .... Extremely sorry to say that your service is the worst.

The worst service ever and worst experience.. making people irritate.. making people bluff. just hate it.. thief people not solving any queries. they are having customer care for name sake, dont go for new connection. Feeling guilty making connections with videocon d2h.. complaints are frequent... all their no are either out of service or every time busy... coning money. go hell with ur service.

I recharged rupees 242 on16th feb 2019 but no activation of 111606273. your service dead.better declare something as closed.it is our fate.i lost Rs.242. There is no customer care but there is nos. all fake. very good technology.

Even after recharging the account on same day, service not available, worse service, whole day tried their helpline numbers, but seems they intentionally put numbers on non contact mode.

I am trying to contact d2h customer care last two days but did not get any response, even 18001370777 is not available, What we have to do now, willing to stop Videocon service due to poor facility.

Even after recharging for excess amount the channel shows error message E18-4 , Insufficient balance, Account deactivated, no update on account balance, wherein online it shows more than sufficient balance , bad part or worse part there contact numbers also not working, all toll free numbers seems to be intentionally not reachable.

Please share highest authorities number who can take responsibility. who will pay customers for such pathetic services.
