Very very very bad services of videocon... they even don't pick the calls for help... i am calling the customer care for last 1 week but always they don't pick. they cut the connection before the due date of recharge. very bad experience... very poor services.

I want reinstall connection from previous place to another place,but customer care no not working. i m trying from lots of days. i am not satisfied with d2h. very poor service.

Why you people are calling again and again to change our plan, but we cont able to call you. Your cheating the customers, i should never get calls from you. MNC beggars fellows.

We already recharge our d2h but zee Kannada, suvarna and colors channels not running we select the pack and recharge ₹471 plz put that channel other wise we are transfer other DTH your customer support is not talking call we are very upset.

Worst sevice.Were to call none of their phone are working.They misguide & charge for unwanted channel. worst D2H.Gonna change this connection. They call u just to misguide u but when u need them they never respond. videocon worst.44035140.

I have been trying to reach customer care from 1 month to change my existing plan to new trai rule but not connecting call and online telling u cannot convert bcoz of technical error.my tv is switched off from one month, so dont take vid2h any how, i will also change it.

We tried to reach you but your phone number is not contactable, as we have checked that your account status is disconnected. The amount of Rs. 200/- is not recharged that transaction has been failed and it is already reversed in your account on 13 Feb 2019.

We are trying to contact from the date of Feb1 but u guys phones were enganged , not reachable , lines were busy , my customer ID is 223076875 we are not satisfied with ur d2h .I have called u before recharging in the month of January u told us that the government plan is not yet under process.so that I got recharged with our last plan. But I just wanna know without any information how could u stop our channels. sir please do make sure that our problems were sorted soon.

Something 15 days are now is channel is closed. your executive is not pick your customer care no and if connected your executive tell me that transfer to call my senior jab wo solve nahi kar sakte to unhe us sheet per baithaya hi kyo. I am paying to this time of 15days and i do not show the channel how is responsible to the problem. if your website is not properly working and no login.

Dear Service Provider,

I have change my plan (Mera wala Plan) also got confirmation changes successfully done, what I am unable to see the requested channels. I have already recharge my account 170769699 but no service.

Your call center people are also not cooperating (discontenting my calls and not behaving properly. Request you to do the needful ASAP.

Worst services ever... just got fed up from this company, useless people cant solve d problems.

Very very bad feedback from customer care executives, i want my channel no 751 & 752 in my package but customer care not support for it, also he was suggest for online selection of packages but website not supported continuous errors occurs.

So if this mail is working properly then please provide me channel no 751 & 752 in package. Customer ID: 79948350.

Since last 10 days I can't see my New Diamond package channels. When contacted to the complaint centre physically; they asked to talk to customer care on Tel. No. 9115691156. The said No. was engaged for 15-20 minutes. After contacting they ask to ring again after one hour due to technical issue.

Still the problem hasn't resolved and nobody is taking the responsibility to solve the issue. Daily the balance is reducing from the recharged amount.

No customer service numbers works... unless some numbers spoke by computers. Waiting for jio.. I have ten connections in different names. Fed up with network and service keep changing without our concern. they charge too much. its a public's money loot legally and royally. they call us when they require and when we are busy. We can't reach them when we needed. PLZ DON'T TRUST ANY VIDEOCON NAMES ANY MORE. They have lost trust.. good bye.

Can you please tell me how to activate channel via apps, like phonepe, etc. I would like to activate star movies, HBO etc. please guide me.

For the last three days my d2h connection is not working. I want to select channels according to new system. Neither the URL videocond2h.com opens nor the customer service no 9115691156 works. It is very very poor. i will wait for one more day. or else i will switch to some other d2h.

Amount will be paid but they show in sufficient balance all customer care number are busy, some of them not working.

Maine recharge karwa liya but channels abhi bhi nhi chal raha tv screen pe likh raha insufficient balance jab ki mere registered mobile number pe recharge successful ka msg bhi aa gya or two hours se chal hei nhi raha h. .
