Noway days videocon showing worst service. I didn't expect so far.... even they are not attending calls.

Customer care number not valid and after trying so many times it's goes to ivr and take 10 to 15 min to contact with costumer care executive but after 15 min its automatically disconnected . I want to close my videocon d2h service from immediate effect. Bahut hi gatiya service hai.. gatiya log hai bilkul ye kisiki problem ko na toh solve krte hai na hi inka phone milta.

Worst 'CUSTOMER SERVICE' not only in our country but in world. Kudos for achieving the feat.

I was intimated that my account has been suspended and I must recharge with Rs.404.

Since then I am trying to contact your call center about the TRAI ruling. But no one is responding from your call center. Even at local office at Jodhpur, all of them are just clue less. one only wonders as to what happens to service center. Please reply as to how to form the package.

My TV is showing 'No Signal' since yesterday evening. Customer care no. 9115691156 and 01140041877 are not responding even after repeated tries. I have sent an email in this regard but no reply received. My ID is 80312514. What next I have to do to restore my channels.

I am really frustrated and feel very angry, i call no of time to videocon d2h all available no but all is it just useless only irritation come. i want activate sports channel to my package but all with given all efforts i m unable to start. so finally i am going to discontinue videocon d2h services.

Worst service by videocon. I mean they tell u to contact customer care to solve ur problem bt here customer care is ur problem. Is there any way by which we can all take legal action against videocon?

Very disappointed with customer service. No none returns the call or assist in choosing channels/recharge process. May shift to Tatasky or other friendly providers.

I opted for migration for both my connections selecting required channels but it’s all wrong channels. The preferred channels don’t come in my primary & secondary connections. Moreover they don’t even acknowledge the monthly rentals as per new pack for my connections. VERY BAD SERVICE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It is the one of the worst. Videocon D2H customer care service had not attend our call. It has a very poor service to customers it's my personal experience today. So now I will try the another dth connection.

I am subscriber 188425651 sssubramanian. i have been using your d22h for last few years. of late it is becoming difficult to contact you online or on phone for invariably your websites are not customer friendly and your phones are not available. i paid this month also the usual 450/- and recharged but i find some of the chananels are not available(which were previously available). i tried to clarify but there is no platform where i can do this. SO I HAVE DECIDED to give up your d2h AND GO TO SOME OTHER SD2H PROVIDE. I AM REALLY FED UP. U dont carte for their customer excepting enlisting new customers, flashing reg subscription dues every month and keep going. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO HANDLE SUBSCRIBERS.

This is the worst experience i am ever having with videocon d2h.I recharge my account 3 days ago (customer id-199360980) and even after that i am unable to view any channel as it shows insufficient balance. They have worst customer service team as they always try to ask to call after 1 hr as they are having technical issues. i am suffering from this from 13th Feb 2019.

Customer care number does not work all the time. The worst ever service provider is Videocon d2h, customer care number is the fundamental service which you must provide to your valuable customers and you people are worst at it, just frustrated with this Videocon d2h. My customer care id-26741207, all marathi channels, all cartoon channels, all English movie channels not shown last 15 days. This is not good. Customer care service not entertain , all numbers & website also down. Videocon d2h is top brand but last 15 to 20 days service issues. Customer care unit is vry vry worst. Restart channels. I'm pay every months Rs 550. Without customer informed u not right disconnect the channels. Pls resolved the issues as soon as possible. I hope u provide me best.
