I am using paytm for many days but I genuinely feel that its customer services are useless since no one responds on that ,neither on phone nor on email and today when I opted for electricity bill payment the amount has been deducted by the bank but the bill is still unpaid. And now I being the sole sufferer should consult with the bank as well for taking back my money back and I have to wait for other 14 days. What about the due charges. Will the paytm compensate me for that because I could have paid directly from the their site but since I am using it for so many years I trusted it and this is how I am compensated for the mutual trust.

I was trying to pay my electricity bill with 1500rs cashback voucher code. But the payment was failed. When i was trying again it was showing that voucher code is allready used. I want my cashback voucher back. Nothing else. Its not a small amount. How can you do this with us. You are a big brand. Is this the reason you are doing this type of nonsense activity. Please note i have bought this product (Asics Nimbus 20 shoes) on 26 sep 2018. The product has a warranty as well. Now shoes has come up with defects. so Shoe company Asics has told that they can not help because I have bought from paytm. Email is mentioned below.

I had used your services to transfer 30,000/- (total) to Bharatkumar on 3rd February. Initial transfer of 1000/- was successfully sent but the subsequent transfer of 29,000/- was deducted from my account but the receiver has not received the amount. I have purchased vivo V11 PRO from on dated 09.02.19 from Jupiter infra services sector 15 shop 1 kirti nagar gurgaon by Paytm payment of Rs.23990 as price shown in PAYTM Site.

Sir, I am holding ur account on 9099034273

I made payment of Rs.999/- on Jan.30, 2019 at 9:54pm for Jio Recharge Transaction ID 7211263944. Same has been reduced from my balance with you and confirmed by ur rep on phone in last 15 mins. Jio customer care says they have not received any payment.

Ur rep asked me to send mail for sorting out the issue and said he cannot do it as ur separate entities, Please solve my problem.

Also change ur system so a complaint by ur customer care can be further passed on to u directly without inconveniencing the customer to go through this double effort for failure of ur system.
