Sansui mobile is hanging and battery is very low. I buy this mobile from snapdeal. They told to talk to the service center, I dial service center no to complain but it is not connecting. Thats why i email but there is no response. Pls help.

Mumbai service center no. are not contestable, toll free no. 1800 419 4040 is not in service, your mumbai corporate office no. 022 61644444 say i dont no mobile service center no. so i request you solve my mobile problem, other i throw out sansui mobile phone.

On 22.1.17 I had buy a led tv from the "sargam electronics -51/2'desh bandhu gupta road , karol bagh ,delhi -5" but unfortunately it's not working infact it is not getting on . on the last 23.1.17 a person came from sargam electronics to set up the led but he doesn't tell us about the any kind of information about it. after that we are trying to continuously make contact with sargam electronics but they were not reply well .at the time of setting the led the person who came say that i'll fix yr led well when you purchase the set-up box stand from me otherwise i'll not do. the configuration of our led is (invoice no. - SKB 09256 , model no. - SNE 40HB21CKF , 98 cm ). we hope you that you will take the appropriate action.

I have purchased 32" sansui LED TV from star electronics cinema road Mansa 151505(Pb)on April 2016. from last 7-8 days no sound in sansui led TV when I increase sound with the help of remote sound automatically deceased.When I full sound from remote no sound to hear.Please resolve my led problem.

Please do not buy any Sansui product coz they r not responding to the complaints, I am waiting my cooler to be repaired since last 15 days in this summer,but no any action taken.

Dear Sir,

2 Years comprehensive Sansui warranty covered in warranty

All parts excluding outer cabinet and plastic parts from the date of purchase will be covered under warranty, Covers all manufacturing defects but your servicing is asking rupees 1500.00 but i am asking he told me plastic parts are not warranty covered. Kindly advise on most urgent basis.

Hi Sir,

I have an AC installed around 4 month ago, I'm facing improper cooling issue with this from day first. The issue not get resolved even after multiple times raised the issue with customer care executives over phone. i'm very disappointed from your service. hope concern person or department will take up my concern and resolve it ASAP.
