Your service center replace original part with duplicate parts. My phone had more problems after i received it back from your service center.

I have purchased Mi 43 " LED TV Nov 2018 , just three month old, now LED panel lot of junk display are coming. when support engineer attend the call, said physical damage hence replacement or support can't be provided. I have taken additional panel warranty. Time and cost is waste on MI TV procurement.

I had ordered for mi earphone but its totally not the product which i had ordered. I using this app first tym and my experience is very bad. This earphone is not metallic its full wire is plastic and the earbuds also poor quality. This earphone i'll ordered easily from the local market @40 to 50 rs. Why m paying 450 rs. For this poor quality earphones.

I have more note 5 pro, which is damages on touchscreen but display is ok but Mi store says I must have to replace both display as well as touchscreen. Why should I change my display of only touchscreen damage? why I should pay for both display n touchscreen? Don't give me combo just give me solution on touchscreen replacement only.

Rahul's delivery man himself Just cancel this mobile and say it Ki tum ab chaeye kitnep Also book the packet but you will not get a packet anymore. It was saying and you were able to complain that we would be able to drink tea and listen to our dogs in the mail.

Hi..... I shobhit, I purchased a MI phone (REDMI NOTE 6 PRO) but in this phone I'm not able to use ila app .. When I try to create an I'd on thi phone they show me an error. (This old app is not available for use on this device),

I brought redmi note 4 pro on 23 September and in month of January Ireland stopped working. I live in Germany and I came back to India and visited MI customer care centre. They said there was water seep in mother board and complete mother board and display has to be charged and gave me a bill of 11.5 k, when I can buy the same phone now for 10 k. I couldn't believe that mother board was not working as alarm was working, and vibrate was working. So I asked them to specify what is the issue in the customer copy, they started yelling that they won't specify the reason written what they told me orally. I asked them to show me in front of me if the mother board is not working, when we checked mother board was working as display had to be replaced. The service guy claimed that in future mother board may not work so he has asked sme replace now while if was working perfectly. No physically damage to screen, not even a scratch. Just because they don't want to give warranty they gave stupid reasons and started yelling and behaving rudely. Please let me know how I can proceed further to claim my warranty.

I purchase mi 10000 mh power bank but powerbank is late charging 16, 17 hours to full charged hardware issue not outer body issue the product is under warranty. But yesterday i visit rishikesh mi service center they not accept my power bank for repaire or replacement bcz of small dent the mi service team of rishikesh checked my power bank nd they find the issue on my powerbank but the concerned wtsapp team not accept to repair or replace bcz of small dent i send u some pictures of my powerbank the dent is very small the issue is hardware not outer body issue so plz help me.

Dear All.

This is to bring your notice that i have purchased Redmi note 5 IMEI 869781032072907 on 31 May 2018 & facing issue related to yellow spot on screen.

1st incident- After 4 months from the date of purchase yellow color spot was displayed on screen,for that i visited to your service center Address-ODIGI SERVICES LIMITED.MI service center,shop no 11-48,first floor ,trident complex,opp st workshop ,race course circle.vadodara.Gujarat390007. your representative replaced the screen & given assurance that it will not repeat in future.

But again in the month of December 2018 the same issue of yellow color spot on the screen was occur for that .again i visited to same service center & the representative again replaced the screen the screen again i got assurance from him that it will not repeat again.

But Again before 6-7 days the same issue of yellow color spot on the screen was occur for that i visited to your service center at 102 piyuraj chambers next to honda bikes showroom. Ahmedabad,Gujarat-380009.
here also your representative recommended for replacement of screen.

Here my escalation is about the defective handset which was sold to me by company MI. there is repeated issue of screen fault in this handset so i dont want replacement of screen i want replacement of Handset only.

Please look into this & arrange to provide me the ETA for the same.

I feel cheated by service center. I m facing display issue and service center told me that display is cracked but my phone is like new coz no scratch no dent no screen crack. I ask them how can screen broken when my phone is fine screen protector is fine the glass of phone(gorila glass )is fine phone also scratch less.. they just reply that screen can be broken in ur pocket also.. the hell they shows us that we provide so much protection. But phone display cracked in my pocket.

U just fools us redmi thanx for that

Ordered a mobile Red Mi note 7 Ruby red on 24th June 2019 against order Id: 5190624561056075 / complaint no: WOIN2019063000235.

Despite of payment done and after rigorously pursuing, delivery was finally attempted today (5th July 2019), however delivery boy hesitated to deliver citing that the pickup exchange mobile had a scratch at the corner.

Fed up with the response & the attitude their people have, I vow not to use Mi phone in future and request Mi to return / credit back my money without any further delay.
