Myself sarvesh kaviskar stays at Bhandup west Mumbai -78 my customer id is 20264468 previously i used to activate new diamond pack on my connection but as now all the norms and charges are changed i called up your customer care no. 9115691156 for activation of new customised pack with Zee family's all Marathi channels and as per the telephonic confirmation from your telecaller he has activated the same on 6th Feb but when i checked it i still found that my new pack is yet not activated and my balance of Rs 80 is also debited from D2H account in last 2 days.

I am trying alot to reach your customer care executives but unable to reach them as i am getting all the customer care numbers are busy.

I am D2H user sins last more than 7 years and facing such inconvenience from last 4 days I am requesting you to kindly resolved my issues at earliest orelse i have to change the operator. Hoping for the positive and timely revert from your end if possible arrange a call back on 9967385041.

We used d2h since last 5 year . But since last few month I have disappointment every time Customer care number unreachable I.t 9115691156 . Thay automatically deduct 50-/ rs every month without any Information.. if u we have going same bad service we will disconnect d2h.

Very bad customer service it's worst customer service.. I tried from last week every time they said dialed no. Is busy try later sometime.

My setupbox is not working. After 1 hour is getting on. I'm trying to customer care no response. Very worst service from videocon I'm going to change.

One of the worst customer service. I regret my decision to buy videocon. My remote is getting damaged every two months and when i call them for help no one does anything. Not delivering new remote as well when I am ready to pay. Total waste of time and money. I better go to tata sky.

Very worst service, I was tried more than 500 calls to connect Customer Care but they make me idiot, they are not even responsible to answer to the customers. When I connect they have told that "their have a technical issue , cant not solve request, please try after 30 minutes". Since 8 days I am seeing this type of drama. I am a paid customer since long time, Videocon D2H has no rights to kill my time for phone call to Customer care.

I have try to connect your CC for last 10 days, regarding TRAI new rules , and activate channels. till now there's no replay for that i have write a mail also, no use. where should i fix my issue?

I have recharged my d2h 20/01/2019 300 RS for the month but my pack expire on 8/02/2019 only 18 days service why and where is my difference 12 days.

I have called customer care number 100's of time but you people never reply. My Set top box is not working please replace it.

I have recharged my dish on 24th jan 2019 for Rs.260 for 1 mon duration. But in 10th feb 2019 itself im advised to recharge. For clarification i have been cist care repeatedly but no response. Worst experience.

Recharge done but service not activate i have tried call so many times but all helpline number are showing busy, what i do please suggest, i also send a mail to customer support videocon d2h.

I've been having problem with the channels, I've been trying to contact to the customer care service but no response at all, very disappointed.

I am customer of d2h I did recharge on 6th feb of 300 rs on 133527268 but service is not started yet. I have 3 no. of customer care no. But not a single is respond. All No. are busy in every time.

Dear d2h team can u solve this problum . U take payment on time but u don't provide ur service in proper way. It's really harassment. If u want that I go with consumer court and also discontinue with your service.

This is the worst d2h service that I have experienced ever. Have been trying to subscribe as per trailing regulations from last one week but the same is not yet activated. Also tried calling customer service in all their provided numbers but never able to get connected. Everything same response that their lines r busy. Don't understand how could that be for 24 hrs a day. Most pathetic customer service ever experienced. Also tried via their official site and requested a call back but never got a call. This is purely cheating the customers after having received the money and not providing services. Hope trailing looks into this issue as well and do justice to customers.

No wonder why people r searching for alternate options. Its high time Videocon d2h realize that their customer service is the worst. Have been trying to update my preference from last one week. Feels totally isolated not knowing whom to contact or where to contact as the provider seems to be least bothered . Thinking of changing the service provider if they r unable to attend the customers.

There is always problem with the network. Customer care number never respond and the number is always busy when ever we call. The worst service i have ever got. If we dont recharge due to some reason we get 4-5 calls daily but when there is problem no one is ready to respond.

Poor service from ur side. Whenever calls to ur customer care...its not getting dialled. Googled to get the number but the same number appears which doesn't get connected. Very bad from ur side. Kindly give ur contact number whom should I contact. Am from kerala.

Try calling any of the customer care nos published on this site and you are in fro a huge surprise non of them of any use rather than only the hear a Ringling tone in some cases. No effort made to get in touch with customers post TRAI tarrifs. Really disappointed.

It's a waste company, no one else is responsible to lift a call, customer care number is not working properly.

I had called your customer care nos. today, regret to inform you that half of the nos are either switched off or not working, when i finally got connected to your customer care officer they where not able to pinpoint the cause of problem but rather insisting on upgrading my set topbox.

I feel this is one of the most incompetent way handling customer problems... Now i am thinking of changing the DTH service provider.

My dear friends i am using videocon service since two year. Very worst service. Please don't do mistake to get videocon d2h connection. I have replaced service thrice including wish antenna but the problem still exits.When you call customer care will get busy all times. Very poor response everywhere.

I called 100 times on customer care number And the machine is continuously saying all line are busy... and alternative no 9115691156 is not connecting at all . What you guys want videocon is fooling the customers seriously. And i’ll make sure that i’ll suggest everybody not to go for videocon, this is really a harassment from videocon d2h.
