I am recharged my customer ID 66855758 but not recharged channel not subscription.

I had called your customer care nos. today, regret to inform you that half of the nos are either switched off or not working, when i finally got connected to your customer care officer they where not able to pinpoint the cause of problem but rather insisting to wait for few hrs, but even after 5 days the package is not activated and my present plan is also blocked since last two days.

I wrote on customer care also but only getting automated reply.

I feel this is one of the most incompetent way handling customer problems... Now i am thinking of changing the DTH service provider.

I had called your customer care nos today 05.02.2019, regret to inform you that the nos are either switched off or not working, I feel this is one of the most incompetent way handling customer problems.

I can't understand that why the hd channels are stopped without my concept. My Account balance is Rupees 881.99 and end of subscription date is 20.02.2019 of New Gold Sports HD pack. one thing more I have also a mirror connection, my d2h no. 80239808 is working properly but the other connection which is 41489143457, not working with hd channels.

From 1st feb 2019,i will not see the channel of videocon d2h pack,customer care will also not help and the service of this d2h service is bad.

Last 3 Days I cant c Channel only home channel working, no hindi entertainment. i have bal 140 error on screen showing c:04 in sufficiant Balance or Channel not subcribed.

i dialled no 09115691156, 1800137077. excutive talking lies channel wil start 10 min v sent command al bogus still my tv shut.

I had called your customer care nos. nos are either switched off or not working. My Customer ID 8323122 Channels are not visible for three to four days. You should tell us whether you will provide service or not otherwise we will go to consumer court.

Your a/c balance is Rs 59.25, recharge due date is 09-Feb-2019, Customer id is 118433022, Last Recharge Amt is Rs 120.00, Monthly Recharge Amt is Rs 474.54, Base Package is Basic Service Tier (BST).

Should I recharge with this?? Wanted to watch today's 20-20 cricket match... Suggest me .

Hi, Kindly note that as per TRAI new rules and your intimation user friendly pack was selected but its still not working and i am not even able to log in nor talk to the customer care. RTN no also not able to communicate. pls do the needful at the earliest.

Cust ID 128924367 channels were selected as per TRAI rules and your intimation , but neither the selection working nor i am able to log in via RTN OTP or my log in ID. Please do the needful at the earliest as your site does not work proper. Also the customer care not responding.

Service is very bad my account is already recharge but the channels are not coming pls don't trust on d2h anymore , they have lost their trust.

I recharged my d2h multi connection for Rs 460, according to customer care but my second multi connection is not showing the program. I am trying to solve this problem, but call are unable to connect. Very worst service. Please solve my problem.
