AWBL number 5736433614 and AWBL 3527013733 are booked form our supplier Myers Springs-USA to Fairfield Atlas Ltd -India on high sensitivity but, form last one week both the shipments are pending at various location …. Due to false commitment by DHL Express representative we have lost our production of 4.5 cores till 30.04.2021.

Can any one look into this matter, who is responsible to resolve the critical situations to avoid customer loss.
