Not getting single channel

From last one hour no single channel is showing on my connection, I already recharged my account few days back, when I tried to contact the customer care but always saying that line is busy.. please reply immdately.
Break of d2h connections
After recharge I didn't get any service in my d2h setopbox means their is no connection no account credit no channel is running in my d2h connections since 04.02.2019.
Regarding marathi channel
From Yesterday evening some of the channels (Marathi) in the package are not getting. I already Recharged my account few days before. I tried to contact the customer care (all numbers) but always saying that line is busy.. please reply and solve the issue.

If you do not have any channel, you can show me the amount of money you have already paid. I have not been able to get any help from any of my friends and you do not have toll free 9115691156 because I have been able to call me on a private plane.
